Staff was very friendly, butler cleifin was awesome and let us know everything going on and booked us reservations for restaurants on the resort. “Freddys” was our concierge and he and he took well care of us. Biviana helped with setting up my girlfriends birthday and decorating her room. All in all it was a vibe and im glad i got to experience this resort.

The little coffee shop was very nice with a good selection of sandwiches; the morning barista was Norkelly and she was very nice and helpful. The butler service can use some improvement as most things we asked for were delegated to someone else not the butler. Overall, the drinks and food were good.

We had a great stay! We stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed it. We loved Ray from entertainment, he was always keeping the energy high and was so fun. Pros: 1. food was mostly good 2. Drinks were strong 3. Staff was mostly very friendly 4. Staff did a very good job at maintaining a relaxed environment Cons: 1. They made it extremely difficult to get your own transport (taxi or Uber) from the hotel almost forcing you to use the hotel service which was two to three times the price. 2. The steakhouse was subpar 3. They hit you with a bunch of sales pitches almost like a time share for other vacations using their brands. 4. I asked them to add my Marriott Bonvoy number which they forgot. 5. The shops are highway robbery (50$ for Sun block)
