The condominium is completely secure and has 24-hour controlled access, ideal for ensuring peace of mind for all guests.

You'll have free access to all the accommodations, including the swim-up pool directly from your balcony, the designated parking area, the gardens, and the complex's common areas. You can also enjoy White Sands' private beach, which you can reach on foot or by using the free shuttle service that stops by the complex several times a day.

Use of the swim-up pool is exclusive to guests staying in our apartment, so you'll enjoy a serene and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or working remotely.

Within the condominium, certain rules apply to maintain harmony among neighbors: loud parties and outside visitors not registered on the reservation are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. m., and responsible use of common areas is requested.

The White Sands Golf Course, located just a few meters away, is preferentially accessible to guests with prior reservation. In the clubhouse, you'll find a deli with a cafeteria, ATM, and mini-market, ideal for breakfast or a quick meal without leaving the complex.

The residential environment is quiet, green, and family-friendly, with wide avenues for walking or biking. 24/7 security and a camera system guarantee complete peace of mind during your stay.

We want you to feel at home from the very first moment. Throughout your stay, you'll have direct communication with your host and their local support team to help you with any questions or recommendations.

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is approximately a 22-minute drive away (approximately 20 km), and private transfer service can be easily arranged in advance. Official taxis, tourist transportation, and ride-sharing services such as InDriver and Uber are also available.

If you prefer the convenience of free transportation, the White Sands internal shuttle connects the residential complex with the private beach and clubhouse at scheduled times, ideal for getting around without a car.

The apartment includes free private parking within the condominium, with constant surveillance. Additional visitor parking is available nearby.

Although public transportation in the Punta Cana area is limited, local motoconcho and guagua (minibus) routes connect to shopping areas and major bus stops. Just a few minutes' drive away, you'll find supermarkets, shopping centers like Downtown Mall Punta Cana or Plaza San Juan, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies.

If you enjoy exploring, we recommend renting a small vehicle or using tourist taxi services to visit places like Playa Macao, Coco Bongo, Hard Rock Café, Ojos Indígenas, or Scape Park in Cap Cana.

Getting around the area is easy and safe; the streets are wide, well-signposted, and have direct access to the main highway that connects the entire hotel zone.
