The Space: This apartment is equipped with a fantastic private cold water Picuzzi that you will absolutely love, especially during the hot summer months! And only minutes walking distance away from one of the best beaches in the Bavaro area!! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to show your culinary skills, as well as Smart TV’s (living room and bedroom), fast Internet connection, AC in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans, hair dryer, clothing steamer, efficient sound proofing, safety box, blackout curtains and, of course, linens so you don’t have to bring anything from home. The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras. And do not forget our BEACH CLUB! All our guests can enjoy a 10% discount and free beach chairs at Huracan Café and The View, the best Beach Club & Restaurant in the area. With spectacular views and a Chill Out atmosphere, this is the place to be! There is a minimum consumption of US$15.00. Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day: 2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day 3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$300.00\.
