"This was an exquisite location and property just perfect for a break in our travel."

"Amazing B&B! Beautiful, clean, and very classy! Staff is excellent and friendly… breakfast is superb and staff’s hospitality is heart warming. Our stay was very pleasant. Home away from home… surprisingly beautiful grounds with jacuzzi and a sauna available whenever you want! Thank you!"

"A fantastic hotel for our family. Everything was excellent—the room, the food, the pool, the service, etc. A situation arose, but thanks to the hotel manager and the staff, it was resolved in a wonderful way"

"Stanza e hotel in relax "

"Posizione ottima, camera carina e pulita, personale molto gentile. Da migliorare la comunicazione delle informazioni relative al check-in arrivate solo in seguito a sollecitazioni."

"Very clean , nice breakfast close to beach. Train a little noisy "

"Great stay"

"The accommodations were very nice and the setting was very peaceful. Although our room had an unusual layout, it had everything we needed. Bedding was excellent. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast and dinners were wonderful. And the staff were SO friendly and helpful! This is convenient to the marina, Castiglione della Pescaia and central Grosseto. Is a great place to relax by the pool all day, go horseback riding or nearby shopping. We will be back!"

"I stay at this hotel at least one a year, Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and quiet. The only thing I miss is having a hot pot to make tea."

"Our stay was amazing, will be back soon!"

"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"Super friendly staff. Nice dining experience for breakfast and dinner. Large swimming pool great way to unwind from busy days in Florence."

"Great setting on top of a 22 story building overlooking the water. Well situated in the best area to be in Follonica. Annoying blinking light from motion sensor (I think) in room keeping us up most of the night. Mai’s room blanket after the first night, why?? Not including breakfast as the cards were not honored at restaurant across the street. Frustrating check in process, does not speak English."

"Great staff, nice breakfast, beautiful building and location."

"great facility but needs a general upgrade and remodeling"

"Clean room, great parking and friendly staff"
