"The house was clean and well furnished. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with close stores for any necessities. We used it as a base for exploring other areas and it was a quick freeway drive away from the places we wanted to go."
"If you don’t plan on staying at the location for very long and will spend most of the trip outside, then it’s a solid place to stay. That being said-We did not eat much there and only cooked once on the last day in the location, but we were still surrounded by ants.Every bed had ants around, but the worst was the one at the end of the hallway to the left of the entrance, many ants crawled on guests who slept. There was also a cabinet in the kitchen that was not properly attached that fell off entirely, so be aware of that. There’s a shower next to the front door that has a large unobstructed window facing the front driveway, leaving a low sense of privacy.Outside of the negatives, the fold out couch was convenient for an extra guest, and the kitchen has plenty of space to entertain and hang out."
"The property was rundown. The furniture in the living room was different than in the picture posted. There were 3 out of the 8 chairs that were broken. We needed to buy toilet paper because there was only 1 full roll, and a partial roll provided. Soaps were watered down. The trash can outside was overflowing and reeked like it had been sitting there for a month or more, so we were unable to empty inside trash cans. But we did roll the cans down to the curb for disposal. There were missing handles on cupboards, and only 4 glasses and a motley collection of dishes. Overall, we were very disappointed."
