"Well. A very new motel style hotel. Nice staff. Really good breakfast. Great room, great bathroom. But, it is in the middle of no-where. In the middle of a rice paddy to be precise. Which I could admire from my balcony. Plus was it was very quiet. I was riding round Taiwan. I guess the location would not be a problem if I had a car. The location made it a little hard to find too. There is a convenience store about 200m away."

"We are so glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Taichung — it truly exceeded our expectations! I wish we could have extended our stay by a few more days. From the moment you enter the lobby, the thoughtful interior design stands out. Every space, from the elegant lobby and stylish lounge to our beautifully appointed room, showcases artistic flair and meticulous attention to detail. Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the nice selection of freebies provided. We loved every minute of our time here and would happily return to this hotel on any future trip to Taichung. Highly recommended!"

"Upon drop-off by taxi, staff members from concierge obtain our luggage and delivered to lobby. Another staff member escorted us to receptionist/lobby area. Wonderful coordination. We were served fresh tea and a warm towel to refresh in the sweltering heat. There were also staff members in front of elevators to get them ready for us. Already we know the stay was worth it! The rooms are clean, we had a balcony and in-room hot mineral spring bath. So refreshing! On the bottom floor had a children's area, family entertainment room, water pool play area, and a separate men/ women hot springs. We enjoyed delicious breakfast every morning and the servers/cooks/ table attendees were wonderful and helpful such as getting baby high chair. Fun things to do evening time when Shuishe/Ita Thao closed was free entertainment different shows each night. Very pleasant! We took advantage of free shuttle and bus ticket ride to explore Sun Moon Lake. We will be back! Thank you for making my birthday memorable!"
