The room was cozy and clean, check-in was convenient and straightforward. Coffee (coffee beans type) is free flow all day, as well as juices and bread. Simple and nice. Staff are very nice and deserve a 5 rating. A few things I want to highlight are: 1) We need to change to their plastic slippers before taking the elevator, this practice ensure that the floor beyond the elevator hall is clean. The concern I have is whether the slippers worn by other guest are free from bacteria. 2) The shower curtain is not long enough, leaving a gap between the bottom of the curtain and the shower base. The floor outside the shower area was full of water after each shower. It was really not pleasant to use the toilet with watery floor after shower 3) No housekeeping nor towel replacement. This was our first time staying in a BNB in Taiwan.
