Now you can spend your vacation surrounded by the beautiful green lawn in the new house with pool villa Sejdi. This holiday home in Pula offers you a private pool with covered terrace wooden table and benches., BBQ, kids playgound.   
Inside the plot there is a private parking area for 4 cars.  
The living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From the living room and from the kitchen there is a direct access to the terrace with private pool and sun loungers. Das Haus, Grundstück und der Pool sind wie beschrieben – sauber, schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist praktisch: Mit dem Auto erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten die Altstadt, Geschäfte und Strände. In der Nähe (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es ein sehr gemütliches kleines Restaurant, wo man auch Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen kann – hat uns gut gefallen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt einen Strand in der Nähe, an dem Hunde auf dem gesamten Strandabschnitt erlaubt sind. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es dort kaum Quallen und überhaupt keine Seeigel – perfekt zum Schwimmen.Zu beachten ist, dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg liegt. Außerdem gibt es hausinterne Regeln für den Pool, die eher an ein öffentliches Schwimmbad erinnern (z. B. keine Hunde im Wasser, keine Ballspiele), obwohl es sich um einen privaten Pool handelt. Mit unserem wasserliebenden Labrador war das etwas störend, da wir diese Einschränkung vorher nicht wussten – sie war in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung nicht angegeben.Die Besitzer kommen ca. alle zwei Tage zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten vorbei, um nach dem Pool zu sehen oder frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu bringen. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Ausstattung und praktischer Lage.
