On the ground floor there is a large living area with air conditioning, couch, stylish open fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. From here you have direct access to the terrace in the sheltered backyard. The first floor comes with three bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, and a bathroom with shower.   
  
 Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
