Located in the corner of a large, carefully maintained property, which is equipped with 9 luxury villas, Villa Lotus 13J is located in the resort. The location is great, only 3 km to the city of Pula, 5 km to the first beach, 400m. to the restaurant and 500m. to the supermarket. The Villa Lotus represents the perfect combination of minimalist furnishings and modern luxurious living. With 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, the air-conditioned villa sleeps 8 in total. On the open plan ground floor is the beautiful living room which is connected to the state of the art kitchen and dining area. The ground floor opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a jacuzzi in the garden. The dining area and the outdoor grill are perfect for ending the summer evenings with a BBQ. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. 2 more bedrooms and 1 more bathroom are on the first floor. The completely fenced property with garage and private parking is also great for your dog, which is also very welcome. We wish you a nice holiday in our Villa Lotus 13J.
