Comfortable, new and modern apartment in the city centre, 62 m2 + terrace, located on the first floor with the view on the port/see from the terrace and bedroom.
This modern apartment has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for accommodation for 4 persons (+ 2 additional persons on the sofa/cauch in the living room).
It is fully furnished and well equipped with a modern kitchen, air-conditioner, WI-FI, Flat TV in the living room as well as in the bedrooms, and a lovely balcony.
Located only 1-2 minutes walk to the city center and the harbour, 10-15 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to Max City shopping center.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious enough for our stay with teenage son. It's just a short walk to restaurants, shops and harbour, and 25 minute walk to beaches in opposite direction. The apartment overlooks a park, and so relatively quiet. The owners were helpful and speak good English, as do most of the Croatians we met. We had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend it.
The apartment is located in a small building adjacent to a pleasant park with a playground and a view from the terrace across to the working harbour. There are apparently no parking charges along the street. The building's exterior is not appealing at first sight but it's not an issue because the apartment is so nice and full of character. It is spacious with high ceilings, the terrace is secluded, an indoors it felt cool and relaxing in warm weather. The landlady has decorated it in a subtle style for all tastes and we had a fantastic time enjoying the property, the town centre and beaches. There is a local shop at the top of the road around the bend but we also used to walk about 10 minutes to the old town every morning to buy fresh groceries. The local bus stops are located around the corner and they are convenient to use. The apartment is located in a quiet spot with a walking distance to the centre and the beaches if you like to explore on foot like we did. However, people with impaired mobility could find the location and access inconvenient. People mentioned in other reviews about hearing noise from the nearby street so it is true but it did not bother us because the building is located further away from the street and is secluded from the view. It is more like a hum which you stop noticing. I suppose it is a trade off for being a short distance from everything the town has to offer. I would stay there again without any doubt.

Wohnung in kurzer Nähe zur Altstadt
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, alles Nötige war vorhanden. Sie liegt oberhalb einer stark befahrenen Einfallstraße. Das Haus ist nach Aussage des Gastgebers über 100 Jahre alt. Von außen lässt es sehr zu wünschen übrig, man kann auch die Eingangstür nicht schließen. Das Treppenhaus müsste dringend grundgereinigt werden. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung passt soweit, wobei die Bilder meiner Meinung nach etwas aufgehübscht wurden. Zum Strand sind wir ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Parkplatz war im Hof (nicht abschließbar) vorhanden, das war luxuriös, da die Parkplätze vorm Haus dauerbesetzt waren.
Schönes, modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit interessantem Kontrast zwischen dem historischen, malerischen Äußeren und der kontemporären Wohnung. Parken kann ein bisschen schwierig sein, da man am Straßenrand am Berg seitlich einparken muss. Großes Plus sind Waschmaschine, Balkon, Spülmaschine und das Bett, in dem man toll schläft. Gastgeber Ivan ist super hilfsbereit.
Man ist ruckzuck in der Innenstadt und hat ein paar 100 Meter weiter oben einen kleinen Studenac-Supermarkt, wo man alles Notwendige bekommt.
Liegt sehr schön an einem kleinen Park, sehr nah zum schönen Marktplatz, Blick auf die bunt angestrahlten Hafenkräne, sehr gut und neu ausgestattet, Strasse ein wenig zu laut, und ein Toaster und ein Geschirrtuchhalter wäre schön. Aber im Ganzen: Volle Punktzahl.
