Great holiday home, great landlord, great holidays

A charming, clean and comfortable house with everything you need. Great pool. Our children had a lot of fun. And our landlord was very friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful holiday there.

Beautifull house near Pula.

I travel to Pula twice a year, and this was by far the best house i‘ve checked in all my times over there. The House is really comfortable and gives you everything you need for a nice stay. Its big enough to stay with 4-5 People Kristijan was a really nice host and made sure that everything was fine the whole time. The heated Pool and the Whirlpool are perfect to relax, even at days where it isnt that warm. The House is a little bit hidden on a bigger property, but you have still enough privacy. All in all it is a perfect spot to stay and i would love to come back.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Es war wirklich alles super. Besonders toll waren die Kinderbetten und die Hochstühle so hatten wir im Auto viel Platz. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und waren sehr sauber. In der Umgebung gibt es wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Einkaufen, Strand, Freizeitpark, Aquapark, Restautants usw.

Toller Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa Valerie. Das Haus ist neu, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Empfang und die Betreuung war herzlich und sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist toll - es ist ruhig gelegen und doch nah an Pula und schönen Stränden. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus!

Das wunderschöne Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, mit direktem Zugang in den angrenzenden Wald. Ideal mit Hund! Wir wurden von Christijan sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen, mit gekühlten Getränken und Gebäck. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber! Nach einer Woche bekamen wir neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Bei Wünschen und Fragen reagiert Christijan zeitnah, dafür bedanken wir uns herzlich. Wir haben uns alle, in diesem Traumhaus wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Wunderbare Villa in perfekter Lage

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser wunderschönen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Villa sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und war bei Fragen/Wünschen sofort zur Stelle. Auch fanden wir den Ausgangspunkt/die Lage sehr gut. Sowohl die Innenstadt Pula als auch der Strand sind in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften, wir kommen wieder.

toller Urlaub, wunderschöne Villa !!

wir haben unsere Ferien in vollen Zügen in der Villa genossen. Alles war für uns stimmig. Kristijan ist ein super Gastgeber und meldet sich immer kurz an, wenn er die Pool - Reinigung machen will. Sehr sympatisch ! Auch unsere Hündin fühlte sich pudelwohl....zum spazieren direkter Waldanschluss hinter dem Haus. Wir kommen wieder !!

Ruhig gelegene, modern ausgestattete Villa. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, haben den Aufenthalt mit vier Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und zwei Hunden trotzdem sehr genossen! Der Vermieter war jederzeit schnell zur Stelle.

Sehr erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt. Ein ganz großer Pluspunkt dieses Hauses sind der beheizte Pool und Whirlpool sowie die Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre, die sich durch die schöne Einrichtung ergibt. Außerdem fanden wir, dass die Lage ein super Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge (z. B. nach Rovinj, Kap Kamenjak etc.) ist. Wunderschön fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit, von Stinjan komplett am Meer entlang nach Fašana zu spazieren (ca. 45-minütiger Fußweg für eine Strecke). Auch, dass sich ein Bäcker, der u. A. köstliches Hefegebäck verkauft, in der Nähe des Hauses befindet, hat uns gut gefallen. Nicht zuletzt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, weil der Vermieter Kristjan sehr freundlich und sympathisch ist, uns stets Ausflugstipps geben oder andere Fragen beantworten konnte.

ein superschönes Haus mit Kinderbett und 2 Hochstühlen

Die Ausstattung ist Bestens. Viele Dinge hätten wir nicht packen müssen, wenn irgendwo stehen würde, was man mitbringen muss und was vorhanden ist (Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Kaffeefilter etc.) Ein sehr sauberes und schönes und modernes Haus mit tollem Pool und Whirlpool. Hier lässt sich gut leben

Super Unterkunft!

Wir haben wirklich tolle 14 Tage hier verbracht: das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Handtücher für drinnen und draußen, Bettwäsche (wird wöchentlich gewechselt), in der Küche auch alles da was man so besucht. Super netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, kümmert sich um alles! Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut, beheizt natürlich. Gute Lage: innerhalb von max 5-10 Minuten: Strand, Hundestrand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants … alles da!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles was notwendig ist, ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und geht unkompliziert auf Wünsche (frühere Abreise wegen Verkehr) ein. Durch die Lage ist es sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm.

Eine Woche mit Kind und Hund

Das Haus ist top. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind traumhaft, vor allem auch mal bei schlechterem Wetter. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön und in einigen km ist man am Meer. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal.
