An escape into the lush jungle with all the amenities of a four star hotel. We enjoyed a walk around the grounds after a fresh, homemade breakfast. A must stay if you have a car rental.

This was our First Glamping experience and Colina Secreta met our expectations. Great spacious cabin with amenities. The wildlife didn't disappoint. A bit of a trekk to get to the cabin if you have mobility issues but we liked being at the hill to enjoy the scenery. Staff was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries. The location is close to a ton of restaurants optins and shops.

Will for sure return. We appreciated the tranquility and lack of artificial noise. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with generous portions; thank you for all the coffee too. Breakfast and pool area are shared, it was nice and comfortable. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It even has cooking oil, salt, and some spices, utensils are basic. The trails are short distance. Staff was friendly. Cocles beach is my favorite in the area so I’ll say it’s well located, however it’s far from the beach, about 1.6 km, I wouldn’t go walking. You certainly need a car.

Everything about this place is next level. Comfortable bed/pillows. All I could hear at night was the wildlife lulling me to sleep. No noise of cars or people. Not to mention the privacy. No other guest are in close proximity to your accommodation. Breakfast is a unique experience. The table setting took me back to being a child when etiquette was practiced. The service, cleanliness were impeccable and I won’t spoil the surprise with the food. I give Colina secreta a 12 out of 10 for me!

I am so happy to spend one night at this beautiful hotel! The hostess are so friendly like long time no see relatives. Beautiful breakfast was a big surprise for me. I had a hard time to choose which coffee I would take. Definitely will recommend and I will come back again. You will have a good chance to see a sloth up close inside this 3 hectares property.

Der Ort an dem sich die Zelte bzw. das Hotel befinden ist phänomenal. Das Personal ist in jeder Hinsicht außerordentlich aufmerksam, nett, hilfsbereit und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen, was für uns zubereitet wurde, war jeden Tag sehr gut und liebevoll präsentiert. Das ganze Konzept war für uns durch und durch stimmig, von der Deko bis zur Musikauswahl beim Essen. Wir hatten 3 ganz wunderbare Tage und Nächte im Colina Secreta auf unserer Costa Rica Reise und diese werden schwer zu überbieten sein.

Endroit fantastique au coeur de la forêt du Costa rica. Le premier jour nous avons été réveillé par une famille de singe qui prenait son petit déjeuner devant notre terrasse. Nous avons aussi eu la visite de magnifiques toucans. Le cadre est vraiment extraordinaire. Les chambres/tentes sont très belles et décorées avec goût. le petit déjeuner est au top, bref que des superlatifs pour cet endroit magique.

Très joli petit hôtel dans la jungle

Accueil très sympa du propriétaire. Bon petit déjeuner fait maison ! L’endroit est perdu dans la jungle et la tente ouverte dans les arbres permet de voir des animaux ! Il manque de la lumière menant à la tente cependant. Et il faut à chaque fois ressortir de la tente pour aller aux toilettes … pas pratique.
