The airport and downtown is only 15-minute away, right across the street there are many beautiful restaurants and bars, as well as Covid Testing, next door you´ll have “la Isla” shopping center, Walmart and Costco and many convenience stores nearby. Amazing walking distances. Professionally decorated with high-end furniture, accessories and two spacious balconies in front and back with stunning views that make this property a must see. Guests will have full access to the condo and the complex amenities which include infinity beachfront swimming pools, jacuzzies, amazing spa, a fitness center and tennis courts. The building is close to the airport and secure, is private for owners and renters. The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up wide to the balcony and create an open feeling where the breeze flows through generously. A Smart TV is mounted on the wall with Netflix Netflix, Youtube and Claro Video come preloaded for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed a small balcony of its own with a view of the mountains and the shopping mall La Isla, direct bathroom access as well as a smart tv, air conditioner and fans. The 2nd bedroom has a small balcony as well with same amazing mountain views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. Also has one Smart TV mounted on the wall. This room is accommodated with 2 double queen-size beds, sleeping up to 2 people each bed. The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to cook a four-course meal for your family or just to whip up a snack. In addition, a blender, coffee maker and toaster are at your service. You can sit on top of barstools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 8 people at once. A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for guests use (we do not provide laundry detergent). THE COMPLEX. This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7\. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, tennis courts and game room for your enjoyment. The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as Campomar, La Vaca Argentina and La Madalena amongst others. Along the beach it's a 45-minute walk to the city center. The vacation complex is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset from inside the condo. The Grand Venetian is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina. Busses stop right outside the development and taxis can be ordered from the lobby to pick you up inside the grounds. I would recommend not renting a car and instead relying on the affordable transportation options that are nearby. La Isla, Vallarta's newest and most high-end shopping center complete with restaurants, name brand stores and a movie theater are already open is just steps away from the vacation complex. The biggest drawback (which is noted in the VRBO description) is the extremely loud music playing non stop Thur thru Sunday each week from about 2 pm till 9pm. It is so loud unable to enjoy the balcony during that time period. There unit itself is reasonably well equipped but in need of minor repairs - loose kitchen cupboards, doorframes need painting, better light bulbs in overhead fixtures and fridge, etc. On the plus side - quality bed linens, towels, etc and kitchen well equipped. ##### Patricia Lea W. It was nice to have 2 queen beds in one room to accommodate our teenager kids. The room with the king bed is smaller because the primary bedroom is used for the queen beds. Not a big deal for us but missed the big bathroom. The location of the condo is great. We loved being away from the busier Zona romantica. Everything is an easy walk/uber/taxi ride away. Our favorite part of the condo were definitely the pools and hot tubs on the grounds along with the restaurant. Great food and drinks and great prices.Be aware that Friday through Sunday there is a club right next to condo that plays music VERY loudly from about 1-9pm. It makes sitting on the patio almost impossible. Monday through Thursday we’re lovely without the noise. The kitchen could use some updating and addition of more dishes (especially wine glasses).we appreciated the big water jug that was provided. My son loved the tub on the patio but be aware that it is not a hot tub but is a jetted bathtub.Sergio and Regina were amazing and always quick to respond, especially when we had a problem with water heater. Highly recommend using Antonio for a private driver/tour of the area around Sayulita. It was the best part of our trip (ask Sergio for his contact info). ##### Lori V. The manager refunded us for two of the nights but I asked for the other two and they said that they couldn’t. They ended up moving us to another unit the last night which was appreciated but a pain to have to pack up and move. The noise from the club supposedly ends at 8:00 in the evening but didn’t end until nearly midnight. It is so loud that you can’t sit out on the patio and talk at night. The unit is quiet but the patio isn’t. All in all the trip was miserable!! I am very disappointed that they didn’t refund us for the other two nights! ##### LeAnn H. We were a party of five and this suite was exactly what we needed. Everything was as shown in the listing and we cant say enough about Sergio, who took care of us. Communications with Sergio and Regina were easy and answered promptly. The amenities here are excellent and the on site staff were very friendly. We had seen previous reviews that warned us about the local access road to the beach and the Bar located below the suite just off the property but they were not an issue. The bar music shuts off by 9pm and is only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting around 2pm. There was some partying and noise on the public beach and access road/parking area but since the bedrooms are at the back of the suite we didn't hear it. The sunsets from the ocean view balcony are amazing and we were able to see some whales on a couple of occasions. Early morning risers can also watch the cruise ships come in to port. We did use all of the appliances including the washer/dryer and gas oven and everything worked and was in good condition. The furniture was comfortable when we were actually sitting in the suite. The water pressure in the bathroom showers were awesome. We would recommend this suite to anyone looking to stay in PV and to be near the heart of the Hotel Zone with great access to multiple pools and the beach. We are already looking at this property for 2025! ##### Rob W. The Grand Venetian complex is great, many pools, amenities, gym and restaurant. The location is also very central with many grocery stores, shops that are walking distance. The unit itself was spacious and appeared at a first glance like the photos. But as we unpacked and settled in, we noticed many things were broken and needed fixing. There are many patches on the walls, moulding around doors missing or damaged, drawers not closing properly, both showers are clogged and don’t drain, the kitchen has the minimum supplies, there’s no additional bedding, pillows or blankets. Our first week there, the A/C in the back of the condo broke down in the bedroom area. We wasted an entire day with workers there fixing it, which they did. However a few days later, the front unit A/C broke as well. Thankfully the property manager Sergio responded promptly and suggested we move to a vacant unit. It was not ideal to pack everything up and move, but at this point it was so hot that we accepted. This was another day of our vacation spent dealing with issues of the unit. We were thankful a vacant unit was available and offered to us. Now that we back home, we reached out to the management to explain the situation and a day was credited to us. Overall, this unit needs repairs and some TLC in order to gain full stars. ##### Natalie G. We loved our stay at this property! Sergio, the property manager, was excellent in communicating and welcomed us to the property. He was terrific! The view of the ocean is amazing- saw whales almost every day. The only issue we had was on certain days there is loud music from a nearby club- closing the doors helped. Had an issue with water one day but the host was attentive and able to give us an evening option. Security was a bit too strict in that several times our guests visiting for dinner in our condo with bands were not allowed on property. The condo has great AC. So needed this time of year.
