From your terrace look down onto the pool, palapa and grounds of the Sunscape Resort. Amazing Beaches and stellar sunsets await you. Enjoy watching dolphins and whales at different times of the year. Upgraded Wi-Fi for working remotely and newly installed workstation with a view! Within walking distance, you have the VIP theater, La Isla mall, restaurants, La Comer, Costco. Taxi and Uber are available at the entrance. Please be aware that to access Sunscape Resort amenities, you must purchase an ALL-INCLUSIVE pass PAID BY YOU directly to Sunscape Resort. POSTED RATE is for the condo only. The all-inclusive provides unlimited access to the hotel facilities, food, drinks, and alcohol. Two problems we encountered were no hot water in the kitchen, bathroom hot water was no problem. I notified the the front dest the day before we departed as well as Julia the morning of our departure. The second was accessing the wifi (my wife and I tried over a dozen times between us.
