The Space:

Our single-story loft is configured for ultimate comfort after a productive day.

🛏️ Sleeping Area: The main bedroom features a premium King-size bed (seamlessly converted from two twins, configurable back to twins upon prior request for maximum flexibility), A/C, and blackout shades to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

🛋️ Living Room: A relaxing space with a sofa bed (perfect for extra guests) and direct access to your private balcony.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware.

🚿 Bathrooms: 1 full main bathroom and 1 convenient half-bath in the common area for your group's comfort.

🧺 Laundry: In-unit laundry area with a washer and dryer (ideal for longer stays).



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and your private balcony. Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy the building's excellent shared amenities:

• Rooftop Deck: An incredible shared terrace with BBQ grills, seating, and panoramic mountain and city views.

• Garden: A quiet, peaceful green space to read or unwind.

• Self check-in: Access the unit easily anytime with our smartlock system.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the quiet, residential Villas Universidad neighborhood. This area is perfect for a peaceful stay away from the heavy tourist noise, yet highly connected. We are extremely close to the UNIVA campus, the International Convention Center (only 0.9 km away), and top-tier medical facilities like Hospital Joya and Hospital CMQ. You will find local supermarkets, artisan markets, pharmacies, and traditional Mexican eateries just a short stroll from your door.



Getting Around:

Uber and local taxis are readily available, affordable, and the best way to get around. We are only a 10-minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and Marina Vallarta. If you wish to visit the beach, the famous Malecón, or the vibrant Romantic Zone, it is a short and inexpensive 15 to 20-minute drive or Uber ride away, giving you access to the coast when you want it, while returning to a quiet, productive home base.



Other Things to Note:

⚠️ Important Note regarding mobility: The apartment is located on an upper floor with stair access only (the building does not have an elevator). It is a great daily workout, but vital to consider if you are traveling with heavy luggage, have limited mobility, or are recovering from orthopedic procedures.
