A washer and dryer, spare you to carry to much luggage with you or the way to the laundry. Additional store room for clothes is located at the corridor/entrance. We choose a crisp design with materials they can be hygienic cleaned and disinfected. Overall the penthouse is professionally and tastefully decorated with art, style and real paintings and all comfort, 2 cleanings per week and exchange of bed sheets and (beach) towels, to make your vacation unforgettable, without any issues we are 24/7/365 reachable. Stayed here for a whole week and it was amazing. The view is gorgeous especially at sunset. The sunsets in PV never get old. We had a great week staying at this great condo - it had everything we needed - a fabulous rooftop pool and lounging area, easy access to the beach, and super walkable to restaurants! The roof top pool is just a flight a stairs up from the condo and the views from there are heavenly. I enjoyed a drink on the balcony watching the ocean and the beach goers. There is an excellent breakfast restaurant just a few steps from the building called the Porch. I would highly recommend this condo and I will be returning in the future. ##### Dwayne F. The entire condo is modern, clean and fully equipped. I was met by Javier who was in very close and constant contact with me. Up one floor is an infinity pool that is practically private with fabulous view of the bay and the shore. I would not hesitate to stay at their property again. Views for miles, great decor, perfect location if you love the green chairs beach like we do--it is extremely close.Rather quiet, especially after the music stops at Almar about 10 or 11 pm.Our only slight issue was that messages through the app after we booked went unreturned. Once we got ahold of Javier, who helped us with the check-in, things were fine, but it was a bit disconcerting. Hoping they will sort that out in the future for future guests, including us. Short walk to everything. Front row ocean view. Deck larger that pics indicate. Beautiful kitchen. Really quiet after 9 or 10\. Interior of the building was very quiet. Short walk down staircase to Alamar and Blue Chairs resorts. Some minor hills. Short walk to restaunts and bars in the zona Romantica. Apartment was very nice and very accurate to the photos. Even nicer than the photos. It's on the top floor of the building with the best view with only the pool deck above it. Gym was really nice as well. Internet speeds were good enough to work from at around 100 mbs down and 10-15 Mbps up. There is filtered water tap with UV for safe drinking water. Only drawback and outside the control of the owner was that the elevator broke twice during our weeklong stay. The property manager was also excellent. Was always very punctual and super responsive to any questions or needs. Great checkin process and made us felt very welcomed. Highly recommend staying here for a nice vacation. ##### Alex N. We had a great stay at this VRBO. Javiar was so amazing and accomodating and has great communication. We even left something behind that he is getting to us. The unit is great and only one flight to the amazing rooftop which was just the best place to relax. There was maintanence on the pool for 2 of the days which was a bummer. It would have been nice to know earlier about that. The road on side of the rooms gets pretty loud so if you area light sleeper like me, bring earplugs. Also, the rooms are very close to one another so there is limited privacy for couples. The beds are very comfortable. The A/C in the unit is great and works well to keep it nice and cool. There are ample pots and pans which was nice. Unit was clean. We did find some dirty dishes in the cupboard and one of the toilets was not fully clean. If there were some cleaning supplies there to use, that would be great. Having a washing machine was also so great and there were laundry pods which was so helpful. The location is so convenient to get to the beach and restaurants but keep in mind, there are lots of hills and you gotta walk up the hill to get back:) We would stay there again for sure. ##### ash p.
