Beautiful Zona Romántica Apartment with well-appointed finishes
The place was amazing with a great layout for family or medium-sized group. Fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry to boot! Easy check-in and 24/7 security that was willing to let me practice my broken Spanish. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous 2 BD Modern Condo Perfect Location
Condo is beautiful. Has everything you need. Wake up to the sun. Balcony is lovely . Well maintained building with great staff. Rooftop pool is the best with great views. The best location restaurants, bars, coffee shops, galleries, shops, and a short walk to the Malecon Boardwalk.. Owners terrific. We’ll be back!

Amazing in Emiliano Zapata
If you like the pictures you will love this property. It's even better in person. Ocean views to the left and Mountain views to the right. Spacious with room to spread out, a well equipped kitchen and lots of restaurants just steps away. Property manager made check-in check-out super easy and was available for questions and suggestions as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise in PV
Great location in the heart of the zona romantica , view from the pool is amazing , condo was clean and beautifully appointed! Right on restrauant row !! Beach is about two blocks !

Amazing stay
We had an amazing time in PV. Our condo was perfect. It was clean, in great condition, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Location is close to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores. Their property management service is exceptional.

Perfect Condo and Location
Exclusive charming beautifully decorated condo with all the amenities to make your stay perfect. Great balcony with marvelous views. The rooftop pool and and area has gorgeous views. Step out the front door and you are within walking distance of wherever or whatever you would want beach, restaurants, markets, park, local coffee, bakery, music just about everything to make your stay the best. The front desk security personnel, the property manager and owners were very easy to communicate with answering all questions and most helpful. Great place to stay for sure and I would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the Property - Plan to stay again in the future.
My group enjoyed the property and location. Parking garage was very tight and tricky to navigate. Not sure if a sedan would high center on the ramp or not. We had a SUV. The top floor community infinity pool area was lovely. I was a little disappointed the TV was broken, removed or stolen from this area. I had issues with the security guard because I wasn't able to use the preferred phone app to utilize the commons outdoor speakers. I brought a small Bluetooth device played on a minimal volume and was harassed twice just for having it. I thought the property management team went to far on this subject. The room we stayed in was excellent. It was nice to have use of a washer/dryer. I would try this property again. Thank You for Sharing your condo.

Jeff, Thank you for your review. Glad you were able to take advantage of our parking space, while small, it’s better than having to pay for parking elsewhere. As far as the tv on the pool deck, the salt air plays havoc and it had to be sent away for repairs. Hopefully you enjoyed the beautiful rooftop and pool anyways. The condo building have rules for many things and they are enforced by the security team. They are doing their job and we are thankful to have them. We are so happy you enjoyed our condo and the service you received from our property manager and us.

Very Nice Unit In The Heart Of Old Town
I’ve been coming to Puerto Vallarta since 1973 and observed it going from a fishing village to a world class destination. I’ve stayed in places up and down the coast from the marina to Mismaloya. This is the nicest place I’ve stayed in for it’s location, view and the quality of the unit. The unit is well furnished and the appliances (large and small) make your stay enjoyable. We spent a lot of time on the roof top deck watching the NFL playoffs on a large widescreen TV and met a lot of people vacationing at the Pacifica. A lot of restaurants that we’ve frequented for years are right out your doorstep. This is the best location for PV if you want to experience which is rapidly changing.

Everything was exceptional!
Perfect location with just a very short walk to restaurants, bars, beaches, and shopping. The kitchen had a great assortment of utensils and appliances and the bathrooms well-stocked with toiletries. Opening up the sliders to have morning coffee or dinner on the patio was very relaxing with ocean and mountain views. Owners were very responsive to inquiries and the property manager was very helpful/responsive and spoke fluent English.

Perfect Sport for PV vacation
Everything about this apartment was great. Very comfortable and beautiful. The pool and common areas were amazing and the building was very clean and well maintained. Even though it was a very busy time of the season, there were always empty chairs around the pool -- and they are mostly shaded but can be easily moved if you want sun. The owners are extremely responsive, as is the property manager who was on time and helpful. I've stayed in several places in PV -- and this definitely is the nicest and most comfortable place I've rented. Will definitely recommend to others!

Great condo in Puerto Vallarta!!
We had a great ten days at 502 Pacifica! A great two bedroom condo across from Marguarita Grill and two blocks from the beach in Puerto Vallarta! The condo is fully stocked with everything for cooking and enjoying your holiday including three TVs! The patio, fully furnished and also has a gas bbq, faces north so it is very enjoyable in the morning and evening! Each bedroom has individual A/C so you can enjoy your sleep! As you are in the heart of the action in the Romantic Zone, you can walk to everything including the major grocery store to fill your fridge. The owners, John and Sue, will respond to any questions you have, usually within an hour!! We needed to change our booking by a day as our airline changed our departure flight by a day, and the owners paid back our MC almost immediately for the day! We also received our DD back in a reasonable time!! When we visit Puerto Vallarta again, we will definitely see if 502 Pacifica is available as it certainly fit the bill! Thank you John and Sue! Beautiful condo!
This condo is actually prettier than the pictures if you can believe that! The decorations are beautiful. It’s walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Vacation Location!
The condo was beautiful and spotless. We had everything we needed during our stay. Location was perfect! My first time to Mexico and I was nervous about the food but I was wrong. The restaurants recommended by the owners was perfect! We did not have one bad meal during our stay. Weather was awesome! And the service at the desk was exceptional. If we ever needed anything (cabs, recommendations, etc) they went above and beyond. And the rooftop pool was something out of a magazine. Clean and well maintained. Definitely would go back!

This was the perfect spot for my family and I.
the condo was exceptionally set up, making it feel like home. My family and I have been to Puerto Vallarta on multiple occasions and this condo by far was our favorite. We would defenetly stay here again!!

Lovely, contemporary condo in great location.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo, located in the heart of Zona Romantica. Everything is within walking distance. There's a wonderful view of Banderas Bay. The condo is furnished in a contemporary style and provides everything you need for a great visit. The rooftop pool is gorgeous. Communication with John and Sue-Lane is very easy with quick response time. Although we were given a tour upon arrival, it would be nice to have something printed that we could refer to if necessary. There can be noise from late night music and early morning Zumba classes and children playing, but that is easily remedied by closing the sliding doors, which are very heavy and soundproof. It is the price for being in such a great location. We had a view of sunset from our balcony and a really great one from the 7th floor pool and common area, which seems to have a party atmosphere at sundown. This is our 9th year in PV and hope to be able to stay here again. We had some great dining experiences at Mariscos El Guero, The Red Cabbage, Cafe des Artistes, El Rio BBQ, The Happy Lobster, and Joe Jacks just a few steps away. Monzon is a new brewpub located 1 block away and has the best beer in PV. Their food is also good. I highly recommend this condo.

Our Puerto Vallarta Vacation
We go to Puerto Vallarta as often as possible. Usually once a year. Sometimes we stay downtown, sometimes in Nuevo Vallarta. When we stay out of the downtown area, we taxi downtown daily anyway. One of our issues with the downtown area is finding a good place to stay that is nice, affordable and has a view of the bay. Pacifica 502 fit that bill for us. While we are not familiar with the VRBO way of doing things, everything worked out without a hitch. We found the place on the internet, priced it out, discussed it with our friends and decided to try it out. We sent an email to the owners and they responded within a few minutes. All immediate questions answered. We put a payment down and proceeded to get our plane tickets confirmed. While waiting for the dates to arrive, we booked some tours with Vallarta Adventures, which by the way, turned out to be a great value. Anyway, soon enough, the time for vacation arrived. We got to Puerto Vallarta and took a quick taxi to the Pacifica Building. Waiting for us outside was Joel, the concierge. What a surprise to find him standing there, seemingly knowing me by name! He took the four of us inside, past security and up the elevator to the room. He showed us around the unit, flipped a coin to help us pick bedrooms, helped us with the in-room safe and basically gave us a full unit tour. He then showed us to the roof and that fantastic pool. This is the real deal! The pictures do not do this pool justice. It is amazing. Along with the pool area is a grill, which we used to cook fresh red snapper that we purchased from a fisherman at the marina. What a treat that was. Anyway, across the street was Margarita Grill. An interesting take on the name, right??? The shrimp ceviche here was the best we had during this trip. Directly below the unit and about a half block toward the beach is Poncho's Tacos. The best I can remember after two margaritas, the tacos were great. By now, I guess you get the picture, there are a lot of really great places, more than I can name, within walking distance. Those are all the good things. Negatively, I guess you could say there is some noise from being in the middle of all the activity. This seems to be a simple choice to me, if you are looking to be in the center of all that is happening, this is the place to be. If you are looking to be someplace that is quiet, secluded and boring, this is not the place for you.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
If you enjoying being in the center of all the action in Old Town, this is the place for you. Close to restaurants, bars, stores. We enjoyed the music from the bar across the street. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. It’s bigger than the pictures indicate. Plenty of room for 2 couples with two masters, king beds, ensuites and TVs in both. The balcony is large with room to relax and enjoy outdoor meals. Fully stocked with everything you need for making meals, but with so many good, affordable restaurants nearby, it’s not necessary to cook. Pool area is quiet and relaxing with a fantastic view. Pool is warm. John and Sue-Lane were terrific to deal with. Loved it so much we have booked it again for next year.

Well equipped, centrally located and beautifully decorated property.
Well decorated and equipped condo within a nice, new building. Close to many dining options as well as the beach. Water and hill views from the roof top patio and pool. Very comfortable beds with soft sheets. We very much enjoyed our stay and found it to be a terrific get away to Puerto Vallarta. We hope to revisit the property in the future.
