Resort facilities were excellent and the various pools were stunning. Everything was exceptional and Jill was so fantastic to work with. We highly recommend the Grand Luxxe! So many beautiful pools, restaurants and activities. The room is gorgeous and huge. Our host, Jill, was prompt and courteous with her replies. We enjoyed a week of golf with friends and took advantage of the spa, pools and restaurants. She was prompt in responding to questions and very helpful with her suggestions about the resort, golf, and surrounding area. Our plan had been to golf several days of the trip with our friends, so having a reservation that included some rounds on the Nayar course was such a great bonus. Pools, eateries, and wooden walk ways were plentiful on the property. There was so much to explore, and we loved the option to walk to any place on the property. We spent most of our time at the resort, but taking a taxi to downtown Puerto Vallarta was very easy. Resort staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again. ##### Jill R. Our unit overlooked the par 3 course with a distant glimpse of the ocean from the balcony. The room WILL NOT disappoint but the view will vary based on availability. Jill was incredibly responsive and a complete pleasure to deal with. There is a lot to do on this expansive property.
