This small hiddent town is a clean little village for those that want to relax and put their stress on hold away from the hustle and busle of Puerto Vallarta. The main square (La Plaza) is in the traditon of a mexican colonial town. Just off the square are some very resonable priced resturants and coffee shops. Just enjoy sitting at an outside table and watch the locals living and working surrounded by traditional archecture. El Tuito is an excellant location to embark on day trips to the most remote and prestine beaches in the world. A must is to visit the beach towns of Myto, Villa Del Mar, and Tehuamixtle. Also visit Boca de Tomatlin for a great meal, and watch all the water taxis come and go as people visit the South Shore of the Bay. Take a short drive and visit the Botonical Gardens, sugar cane factory, and Racilla facory.
