We stayed in this unit for a month while our home in the states was renovated. The building and unit were very nice and extremely secure, but there are some issues:The afterhours club down the street is quite loud and the master bedroom gets the brunt of the noise. A white noise machine would be advisable. The unit had no hand towels or washcloths, and the sheets were not deep enough for the mattresses. It’s typical in PV to provide bottled drinking water - although the water in PV is the best in Mexico - but the owner did not have a means to dispense water from the 5L bottles that are available from the Oxxo.Issues brought up to the manager were typically responded to with “you’re the first one who has mentioned this as a problem”, which is not a terribly useful response. After the third such response we got used to providing our own solutions. The pool is lovely and we loved the dog-friendly building where we got to know many of the other residents, but these changes would make for a better stay. The neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly, and this would be a good unit for a small group of friends or a family.
