Luxury Beach Front Condo We have a large, luxurious, 3,500 square foot beachfront condo with a 180 degree view of the beautiful, rugged, North Coast of the Bay of Banderas and the Marieta's Islands, which you can enjoy from our 65' x 12' balcony. The only thing that separates our condo from the white sand swimming beach is the 30+ yard swimming pool and jacuzzi. We are located 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport in the quaint fishing Village of Punta de Mita, we are just outside the gate of the Punta Mita Development which includes the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts and golf courses. There is a Greg Norman designed golf course less than 8 minutes from the condo. Just 10 minutes beyond the golf course are the 'zip lines' , where you can 'fly' through the trees with the ocean breezes in your face. Or, at the same location you can rent horses or a 4 wheeler and take a ride on the beach. In 15 minutes you can visit the picturesque old town of Sayulita and explore numerous secluded beaches. This second floor condo sleeps 6 adults and 2 children under 12 and has 2 very spacious master suites facing the unobstructed ocean view, a third bedroom, a large living room and dining room, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen with all top of the line commercial Viking equipment, a media room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a Bose sound system for the living room that has a CD player with bluetooth for IPHONE or IPOD music, and a Vonage phone with free limitless calling and receiving to the U.S. and Canada. There is full air conditioning, all marble floors and granite counters, a bar area for entertaining, an elevator, and maid service twice a week (more if you wish). We have decorated the walls with several large original paintings by the late famous Mexican artist, David Villasenor. He specialized in colorful works depicting the lifestyles and clothing of the indigenous people of Mexico. We call our condo; “Espejo del Mar” (mirror of the sea) because of the large mirrors we have placed to reflect every possible angle of the ocean and coastline. SURFERS TAKE NOTE…………we offer at no charge to our guests: 4 long boards, 8'6, 9’0, 9'1", 9’4”, 9’8”, 1 short board, 7’1” ( kind of “gunny” for fast down the line waves), 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 one man kayaks, 5 body boards, 2 small foam surfboards, 5’6”, 6’0, (great for kids to learn on) and 2 semi hard boards, 8’2” (good “transition” boards for beginning surfers), and a 8' "wave storm" (a softer board from costco)…………………this will save you the money, time, and tremendous hassle of bringing down your own equipment or renting!..........Please check out the picture of all the equipment on our site. There are only 12 units in our building so we have a lot of quiet and privacy. There are 24 hour security guards and locked gates, so this is a very safe area. The guards speak some English and are very helpful. We also have a manager who can help you with any questions or concerns you might have during your stay. There are many beachfront restaurants within a short walk (300-400 yards) from the condo just past the small harbor where you watch the fisherman returning for the day with the seafood you'll be eating that night! At the harbor you can rent small boats called 'pongas' for fishing, sightseeing and snorkeling trips to the Marieta's Islands (20 minutes away), surfing adventures, and whale watching during the winter mating season (December through March). We promise you one of the most relaxing vacations of your life, your blood pressure will drop as soon as you arrive and you get into the slow, laid back rhythm of this tropical getaway. It is not necessary to rent a car. You can hire a taxi or van from the Puerto Vallarta airport or we can arrange a van for you and have a driver meet you upon your arrival. It is a 45 minutes drive to the condo. The cost of the van is $100 and if you want to stop at the supermarket, it is $140\. The village starts about 300-400 yards down the beach where there is a 24 hour taxi stand to take you to local points of interest: the quaint fishing village at Sayulita, golf, zip line, horse back riding, etc., you can also rent a golf cart to go around the town. We personally like the convenience of renting a car and the costs are about the same. We have an inside garage with a remote for parking a regular car… a truck or van can be parked on the street… Are you part of the Four Seasons/St. Regis property? (Inside the gate?) No, we are less than ½ mile from the entrance to these properties. We are on the beach on the south side of the village of Punta de Mita Maid Service We provide 2 maid service cleanings per week, if you need more, the cost is $30/cleaning Can I hire a cook? Yes, the cost is $7.50/person plus cost of food, our manager Carlos can arrange this for you Restaurants From the start of the village (about 300-400 yards down the beach) there are many restaurants from taco shops to high end. Most featuring local seafood and Mexican food Cooking at the condo We have a large, well-equipped kitchen. Also, there is a barbeque grill at the pool you can use and the staff will clean up after. We like to walk to the start of the village where there is a small harbor and the fisherman will filet and sell you the local catch of the day. Buy some fresh made tortillas and make your own fish taco. There is a wonderful restaurant that delivers La Russtica. The guards and other tenants are all so sweet and we felt very safe. Carlos was great and arranged everything we needed from airport transfers, groceries and chef services. The excellent wifi was an added bonus. The pool was nice and miles of beach to walk and at least 2 surf breaks we could see from the deck. We rented a golf cart but you don’t need to, lots of restaurants, shops and stores within walking distance. The building staff were also amazing and the pool, grounds and building was always immaculately. We highly recommend … We will return :). ##### David K. The property manager Oscar was there for whatever we needed to make our vacation perfect. The condo is beautiful and the views from the terrace of the ocean and the sound of the waves were perfect. 10 minute walk to great restaurants and boutiques, or delicious tacos across the street. We had a best time in Punta Mita. From the beautiful picturesque condo to the brand new pool we enjoyed it all! The ocean was like a lake, so calm without any large waves. My kids boogie boarded and paddle boarded every day, swam in the pool and walked/played along the beach. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were very close to restaurant row so we walked to breakfast and dinner every day. There’s so much more to say, but overall it was a fantastic trip. Location was not. Could not walk to restaurants as stated without walking on a very rocky, dark beach. Property was beautiful, the view was incredible. Property manager and owner were kind and responsive. It was a lifetime memory for our family. We booked a chef to prepare a meal for our arrival and it was the best way to end a long day of travel. Carlos helped us connect the dots. Surfing as a family was the goal and we had plenty of time in the water. We were able to use boards at the condo for 2 adults and 3 kids. We rented a boat and surfed at La Lancha 3 times. Better waves than out front. Wished we would have had more swell, but October gave us a little something. Wish I was there right now. ##### hayes t. We stayed 4 nights and I wish we stayed a few more. The pool is pristine and the beach is quiet and the waves were very mellow. Our kids played with boogie boards all day right out front. There's a nice little surf break just down the way. Sapos surf rentals (a pop-up right on the beach down by the marina) gives awesome boat tours and will take you to surf breaks, or around the point to a great snorkeling spot. We saw humpback whales & dolphins along the way.The kitchen is fully stocked, but just an FYI all of the utensils are shoved into a tiny drawer under the stove. I didn't discover this drawer until our last day, lol. My one suggestion is to have plastic glassware and plates/ platter for bringing snacks/ drinks down to the pool. There are a lot of good restaurants just a walk away. We rented a car but really didn't need it because we walked all over town. We felt very safe during our stay and the building itself is very secure at night. Carlos, the manager is great and very responsive. ##### Karla P. We walked in the door upon arrival and we were speechless. It was even better then the photos. The location, view, cleanliness, staff, all accommodations were perfect.. All the food at the local restaurants were fantastic. Each meal (and service) was equally as good as the other. We cant pick a favorite.. Perfect for us (4 adults, 2 kids), but could accomodate 1-2 more easily. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Pool is great and well maintained. Beach is just steps past the pool. We rented a golf cart which made the trek into town easier for the small children. (10-15 minute walk vs 3-4 minutes in a golf cart). Having the garage space made the golf cart super easy. Many nice resturants in town. Great coffee shop with smoothies, baked goods, breakfast items. Absolutely would stay here again. ##### Adam D. Traveled with my family , 3 teen girls ,15-18\. Condo was very spacious, comfortable , amazing views , and well stocked. We loved that we were able to walk to town. We didn’t feel the need to rent a golf cart . Took a taxi to Saluyita but really enjoyed the beach and pool daily. Hired the lovely made to cook us dinner . She was expensive so next time I would suggest hiring a cook outside of the “condo” . I heard from other visitors there bigger bang for your buck! . However, it was a great experience and delicious !
