We definitely tried the Spa it was amazing! The coffee shop was a life saver! Staff were very friendly and very prompt! Bar service was great David from playa bar was amazing and Fermin from turtle bar was incredible! Very hard workers! Cleaning service was always superb!

Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa
All was ok. Hotel is a little old but clean. Did not care for all the noise, but I guess that is to be expected. Hotel could offer an earlier Coffee stand with choices of maybe some pastry. Rooms were clean, but privacy for my particular room was not so good.
