Located only 50 meters from the water, this one-bedroom apartment is perfect for small families, couples or individuals. COVID prevention protocol in place. This apartment is part of the Seawinds complex at Punta Goleta which is the top apartment complex in Cabarete. Everything is high quality. The property is gated, very safe and protected by security guards 24 hours a day. All the apartments are beach front with ocean view. It is located within walking distance of the town of Cabarete and with the 5 star Tuva restaurant on site. COVID prevention protocol in place.
