Rentals have everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Love to barbecue? There is a propane grill for your grilling pleasure and our kitchen is furnished with all you need to create your gourmet feasts. Sit and enjoy the ocean view and relax,

Relaxed, Clean, Spacious
I was not able to stay in Villa #7 Do to Maintenance issues but I was more then Accommodated we the change to Villa #5 it was worth the stay my group was pleased with it and we end up picking up A Condo as well and it was hands down worth it as well we will be going there again and might be A Bigger Group Two Villa next time

Good place for kids
This Villa needs better beds every one except the master bed squeaks and isn't very comfortable!! Faucet in the kitchen sink constantly leaks, the vent in the shared bathroom doesn't work. This was a 4 bedroom 3 bath we had 9 adults 3 kids and there was 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 kitchen towels, 2 kitchen garbage bags, and NO hot pads to pull out food from the stove! Yes you can go to the office and ask for for more... they will ask how many to each! Try using a towel... you need a card! and they will issue one towel per card! So bring your own or pack like you are camping! This could be a nice place but needs some TLC! The pools were cold! The Hot tub was COLD! We loved the layout and the guards at the gate were so friendly and very thorough! We enjoyed our visit we come to Pocky Point every year!
