Fantastic, beautiful property

Fantastic, beautiful property on uncrowded beach, with beautiful resort pools, hot tubs, and water slide. The property is new and beautiful, but be sure to wear your colored bracelets or the bracelet police will come for you!

Spring Break 2023

Stayed at Velero2302 in March 2023. The property was beautiful. The unit was gorgeous. I would like to recommend that more pillows be provided as there were only 2 per bed and most people use more than one pillow. Also the sliding glass door in the master bedroom could use a few more curtain panels as the ones provided did not entirely cover the glass and this allowed a lot of light into the room very early in the morning. Additionally we were not expecting full housekeeping during our 3 night stay, but we were told they would come empty the trash and check paper goods. They never came. In all fairness, I never called the front desk to address this as we were only staying for 3 nights, but it's something to consider if you plan on staying for a longer duration. Some other things to consider, Encantame Towers is a good 20-30 minute drive from the main city of Puerto Penasco, so if you don't bring your own food to cook you will either have to drive far away or eat at the restaurant on the property (which was delicious but is expensive $$$). What we loved... the beach was clean and not crowded in this area. Pools were heated to a very comfortable temperature this time of year. Lots of parking (have been to other resorts in Rocky Point where parking was a nightmare). The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating, we were very well taken care of in the pool/bar area and the Santo Coyote Restaurant. We would stay again, but probably plan ahead and pack things to cook more of our meals at the property so we didn't have to drive back and forth into town so much.
