Welcome to C31208\. This 2.5 bedroom 2.5 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The condo features a Queen sofa bed in the living room, King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the second room, and a Bunk with Full on the bottom and Twin on top in 3rd. bedroom. The master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. Large separate walk-in laundry room with full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and Granite countertops.
Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. Propane tanks can be requested at the Front Desk for a fee.
