Sonoran Sky 1106 Scenic Luxury Gorgeous Ocean Front Condo

Well-appointed 1 bedroom condo high above Sandy Beach. This Sonoran Sky unit is on the 11th floor, with commanding views and a heightened sense of exclusivity. The Sonoran Sky leads in word of mouth approval, due to its unique single tower design, elegant architecture, great beach location, and exceptional amenities.

There are premium design touches throughout. The main living space has a leather sofa. Cable, Wifi, a DVD player, and Smart TV including surround sound make up the entertainment center. Complete kitchen necessities include a coffee maker. This area is appointed in dark wood and deep granite, with stainless steel appliances. In-unit washer and dryer as well. A memory foam King-sized bed, and wall mount DVD/TV accent the bedroom. Ample patio furniture creates a space where you may find yourself spending most of your time!

NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store). There is no sofa bed in this unit.

Beautiful resort, amazing commodities in their condo!

The resort is in a great location, I love how there is no big rocks on their beach front, the swimming pools are great and their personnel is friendly and professional. The condo was great , my husband loved and my children really enjoyed their stay. I will be back !

The condo was clean and well equipped, with the exception of pool towels (bring your own or buy them nearby). We used the blankets stored in the living room each night to lay on the beach and watch the sunsets. The sea view from the balcony was amazing and it was so enjoyable coming into the living room each morning to the sight of nothing but ocean through the sliding doors. The resort has the best section of the beach in Puerto Peñasco and is a really manageable walk along the seafront to the main town using the walkway near the Sonoran Sea. The resort itself is a little dated, but was very clean and safe and we enjoyed going down to the Tiki Bar for happy hour with Hector. Only other feedback is that we once got back to my car in the main parking lot to find cones behind it and fresh concrete poured into a pothole directly behind the parking bay; little odd that nobody waited for my car to be removed before pouring concrete behind it.

It was a nice unit with a picture perfect view. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. There were no extra blankets to even cuddle up on the couch under. The master bedroom TV was broken but that was fixed very quickly. The fitness room in the lobby had some broken equipment. The desk staff was very friendly.

We have stayed at this condo twice. Love the incredibly comfortable bed and bedding for an excellent nights sleep...the best! Also have a walk in closet, plenty of clean drawer space. The Condo was very beautiful, nice glassware, dishes, furniture etc...not too cluttery like some. Also love how the door wall opens all the way up to the large balcony. The staff is very pleasant and respectful. The only cons are the shower head is slow and need more hooks to put wet beach towels on to dry.

Very clean and some advice for future clients...

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well located, very clean, and the kitchen well equipped. The shower head could be upgraded, and the metal front door is not closing properly. Some advice for future clients: 1. Bring your beach towels - none are available at the pool area. 2. Bring dish towels - only paper towels in the kitchen. 3. Bring shampoo & conditioner - none provided 4. Also bring washcloths - we had only 2 provided for 3 days and no more available...! We had to wash them every day!

We had amazing time Beautiful view and Condo was great. We had little issue the last night got locked out on the patio. Closed the door from the outside and locked on its own. We had to yell down to the staff get their attention to let us in. When the staff got up to our room did not have a key for the outside screen door that was locked. Had to wait 30 min for locksmith to show up, just glad it was not an emergency. Other than that was fantastic place I’m sure they have that all worked out now.
