Sonoran Sea W-406 Ocean View

The unit is very comfortable for 4 to 6 guests. The bedrooms have King Sized beds, and the master its own large bathroom with double vanity, and individual sliding glass door to the extended patio. Here there are chaise lounges and a table for relaxing.

The Sonoran Sea Resort has been around for quite a while and has established a reputation a great place to enjoy the best Rocky Point has to offer. Be sure to take a sunset cruise on the Señorita Rita, and Sunday Brunch in the on-site restaurant.

Great stay in a beautiful condo

We had a 2 night stay a this beautiful condo. The view from the balcony was incredible. The onsite staff was very helpful and the restaurant was very good. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean condo with comfortable beds and sofas. Had no issues. Bathrooms are very clean and well maintained, kitchen is fully functional and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely property

This condo is beautiful and was very well stocked for our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! We would definitely make a return visit here! We just have one recommendation, the television in the second bedroom needs to be secured. It fell on one of our guests and hurt her hand. This could easily have been a child who could have been seriously injured.

Pros: This spot checked our boxes (oceanfront, a great view, pool, patio). Staff was great. Security was very attentive. Cons: The unit has some wear and tear. It’s also not the most stocked unit that we’ve rented. Be sure to bring stuff for the pool/ocean (towels, chairs, toys, etc).

We stayed at the Sonoran Sea Resort in a nice two bedroom condo on the 4th floor. Access to the beach is excellent, great views, good restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff.

This condo was perfect and we loved our stay! Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture and the outdoor patio was awesome. We stayed on the patio some days instead of going to the pool. We love Sonoran Sea and will definitely go back!

The property is beautiful and well maintained.

We love the property. I am a little disappointed that the satellite TV did not work - the bill had not been paid! We are huge U of A basketball fans and had to leave to watch the game elsewhere. I would have much preferred to stay. Other than that we had a fantastic time!

Great Location but getting old

2nd Bathtub and condo floors very slippery! Had to be VERY careful. Refrigerator, dryer and washer old and had some problems with them. A/C ran 24 hours a day and barely kept up with the heat. The location makes up for the problems we had and we go back but probably try and find a newer unit on Sandy Beach!

Wish I would've known ahead of time...

I use VRBO because I prefer to rent from owners direct, condo's are nicer (pride of ownership) BUT Casago is a middle man rental company using VRBO. there is NO pride of ownership. Cloth sofa's were grungy, comforter on bed was dirty. etc. etc and there are added fees from Casago. Not horrible, but definitely a less desirable rental.
