Sonoran Sea E-412 The Sea Spray Refuge Corner Oceanfront Condo

Beautifully decorated one bedroom oceanfront condominium with amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. Located on the fourth floor of the east building at Sonoran Sea Resort. This condominium has a king-size bed with a pillow top cover so you can rest better at night. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances. Coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, toaster, microwave. Cookware, bakeware, Tupperware, and all utensils to prepare any meal you wish. This condominium is 734 sq ft inside and 137 sq ft of balcony area. The unit is mostly decorated in earth tones. The living room is very spacious and has a beautiful entertainment center with a 37¨ flat screen tv and a DVD so you can play your favorite movies. Call in to reserve your next stay!
Nice Sonoran Sea Resort 4th floor 1 bedroom. Full-sized appliances for cooking, 734 square feet condo with a 137 square foot balcony that is excellent for enjoying the beach scene.

37" flat screen TC in the living room. DVD player too! The bedroom has a King size pillow top mattress for a night's sleep as good as you can get at home!

Easy driving distance to town and the Malecon for lots of fun bars and restaurants. Right outside the Resort gates are the new high-end Garufa Steak House, one of the most well-known chains in Mexico.

Enjoy all of the fun of relaxing at the beach, or stay in your room and order from the on-site restaurant for room service.

Repeat visitors to property but have always stayed in a different condo.

This particular condo didn't seem to up to date on dusting. Couldn't get tv to work in bedroom. Front Doors are extremely hard to function .

Worst rental experience ever in Rocky Point

We have rented for over 20 years in Rocky Point and this was the worst experience ever. All the amenities in the condo were broken or missing.. 1) There were no sheets on the second bed or in the condo anywhere. 2. There were no dish towels provided 3. Both coffee makers are broken and do not work 3. The heater did not work (the property staff did a great job of fixing it on Day 2 of our visit) :) 4. The bathroom did not have soap in both rooms 5. The dryer has huge rust spots in it 6. The TV does not have any cable TV on it, and is so old it will not connect to a smart phone Would not recommend anyone renting this unit as pretty much all our other rental experiences far exceeded this one.

No TV for our stay

We were quite disappointed in the unit. There was NO TV for our entire stay. We were told they were working on the problem. The TVs that were in the unit were not smart TVs so we could not even stream Netflix etc. The dryer had a rust hole the size of my fist in the drum. The furniture was very dated. We didn't realize that there were two nightclubs - Changos and Banditos right up the street (probably within 200 to 300 feet) and almost directly in line with our condo. The music was so loud we had a hard time sleeping. As previous owners of a 3 BR oceanfront condo rental in Las Palomas, we felt that the standards of the resort were far less than that of Las Palomas. We would not stay there again.
