The owner is extremely responsive. It was our first time in Puerto PeΓ±asco and we have traveled all throughout Mexico from Cabo to Cancun and many more so I did not know what to expect. I must admit that when the tide comes in the beach is absolutely stunning. The location of the property might be the best on the entire resort. The patio is only steps away from the beach and the pool and restaurant as well. The resort is very private and family oriented. Relaxing quiet mornings with stunning sunsets. There were a lot of amenities included like kayaking, boogie boarding, volleyball, bicycles, etc. You just had to leave your ID and a safety deposit of $20 for the bigger items. This gets returned to you when you’re done playing. The area was beautiful and located in a family friendly community. It was well staffed and clean. The swimming pool was fun! There were a few baby crabs in the property. I assume this is what was referred as the pests in the property description. My son was catching them and releasing them in the ocean.
