Located on the first floor of the beautiful BELLA SIRENA resort. Located in the E building which is closest to the beach and has afternoon shade. King beds in each bedroom! Queen sleeper sofa in living room. DirecTV with hundreds of channels available in the living room and bedrooms. SmartTVs in every room. Login to your Netflix account and enjoy! Coffee maker for a regular pot or for your favorite k-cup (please bring your favorite coffee) Ceiling fans in each room. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and even some boogie boards and toys. Keyless entry & easy check-in. Arrive at the guard gate, check-in to receive your parking pass and bracelets, and then go straight to the condo with your digital code. No keys! Free WIFI! Smart thermostat to regulate the central air and central heat. Parking is available just steps outside the unit. Since we are on the first floor it is easy to park and unload. Registered guests have full access to the condominium and patio area as well as full resort access. You must make your reservation for the accurate number of guests staying in the condo. The resort only allows 6 wristbands per unit and every guest, regardless of age, needs a wristband. Please do NOT book this room if you have more than 6 people. Visitors will not be permitted to visit or use the facilities of Bella Sirena. The only area of Bella Sirena that is open to the public is the restaurant/bar on site. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is set up to sleep 4 people comfortably. Any additional people, regardless of age, above 4 will be charged $25 per person per night up to 6 people total. We are available if needed. We respect the privacy of our guests. We are located on Sandy Beach within a guarded gated resort. You have access to 5 pools (2 heated), a swim-up bar, hot tubs, tennis court, gym, on-site restaurant, vast and lush landscape, and of course, semi-private beach access. Sandy Beach is a beautiful stretch of beach and a popular vacation destination when visiting Puerto Penasco. You can sit and relax at a palapa or pull your beach chair right up to the water. You can rent the jet skis, take a kayak out, or even take a family friendly banana boat ride. You will also be surrounded by delicious things to eat like giant coconuts, mangos on a stick, delicious fruit bowls, ice cream carts, cotton candy, and empanadas just to name a few. You can even shop jewelry, art, and traditional housewares from the beach. Puerto Penasco is a small fishing village located on the Sea of Cortez in Mexico. Commonly referred to by American visitors as Rocky Point, this small fishing town has blossomed into a popular modern day vacation destination. Rocky Point is a little over 60 miles from the USA border which makes the seaside city a popular drive-to destination by visitors from the USA. Residents of Phoenix, Arizona can drive to Puerto Penasco, Mexico in as little as 3 and a half hours. Nestled between the beautiful Sea of Cortez and the majestic Sonoran desert, Puerto Penasco is a destination with unique natural beauties and animal life. Don’t miss the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site El Pinacate and Gran Desierto de Altar Biosphere Reserve, the largest active dune field in North America and the site of a spectacular volcanic shield with lava flows, cinder cones, and impressive giant craters. Swim up Bar & Restaurant are operated by SWIM. Please check for the hours of operation. Very clean and the owner was so nice. Right before our trip the property manager was no longer managing, the owner made it a seamless transition and honored all of our dates and pricing. This specific one had a nice layout for adults with two king beds. Unfortunately the condo was not clean and by the time we arrived which was little after 4pm the cleaning crew was still working on the property rushing over things. We had to wash all covers since they were dirty and used and they didn't have any extras available even though we were staying for a whole week. The person in charge did offer to bring us some but by the time he answered we had washed everything. The property looks like it hasn't been restocked since they convert it into a short term rental. All kitchen utensils, pots & pans, etc. are old and some unable to use. There's not a grill in the condo's patio like in all other condos, but the property itself has one by the jacuzzi. The property manager responded late to my messages and even mentioned that I couldn't bring my two pets who are certified as support animals. He said is not allowed by the property which is not true since I asked Bella Sirena's management at the entrance when doing the check in. They do have potty places throughout the property and plenty of space for pets. Overall this place does look like in the pictures but everything is old. ##### Gabriela D.
