Best maintained condo in the B tower. Safety handrails installed in bathrooms. Nest / Yale electronic lock to minimize check-in time. Quiet end unit. On-site maintenance for any problem during your stay.

Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.

I was mostly disappointed with the details. The back mast room had a door to the patio that would not lock, the night stand drawer was falling apart and broken. The blinds fell off and you couldn’t adjust it to close or it would fall so the morning sun shines in. Glass dishes were dingy and poorly cleaned, the toilet paper holder was broken. The towels were just old dingy miss matched rags. There was no fresh filtered water to cook with or drink like the other properties provide. In addition the mast bedroom was about 10 degrees warmer than the remainder of property. Lastly the washing machine had a load of towels just sitting there that smelled of mildew. Over all the property was poorly maintained and could use some updates in furnishings considering there are other properties on the premises that provide a much more pleasant living experience for the same or lower price.

Condo very nice, clean and nice view. love this roomy condo, large balcony, the kitchen had every thing you need for prepare dinner for my family. Thank you so much for a wonderful hospitality. Will stay again in the future.

Very clean place and full of amenities. Awesome view from the balcony that overlooks most of the property below to include some ocean view. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs as we arrived and throughout the 5 day stay.
