Ground floor units offer something uniquely desirable at any of the Rocky Point beach resorts. The logistics of moving in and out, or just getting to the great amenities and stunning beach are really straight forward. A 107 at Princesa de Penasco is just such a ground floor unit. Privately owned and ready to take advantage of the best a Rocky Point vacation has to offer.
Princesa is a Resorts with a long history of satisfied vacationers. Multiple towers encircle a grassy, pathway filled interior grassy landscaping, pubic BBQ grills, and a central clubhouse. Abutting the beach is a large sand volleyball area and a line of shade palapas that act as a base of operations for fun-seekers.
Aside from the beach, the main attraction here is the many pools. Jacuzzi, a Bocci ball court, and workout room are only some of the touches designed to make for a great stay at the Princesa.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo features well-appointed bedrooms with a King bed in the master suite, and 2 twins in the second, especially for families. Internet access, TV, a washer and dryer, and a full complement of patio furnishing provide a lot of the comforts of home.
