Having your own home for a vacation stay provides a level of privacy not available in a large resort. Terrific views of the ever present Sea of Cortez. 8 guests can stay comfortably here, with it's 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. If you bring your pet, there is a $35 USD additional charge. All bedrooms come with Queen sized beds, and the bathrooms have showers and vanity counter tops. The master has a very nicely done Mexican tile wrap around shower stall. Tile work is used in many parts of the house, and can be appreciated in the main room. This room is quite large, flowing into the kitchen past the large kitchen counter, set with bar stools. Furnishings and design details bring a relaxed, open, and very Mexican touch to this terrific living space. For entertainment there is a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is big, and welcomes those who like to cook! Wooden cabinets, and all appliances, utensils, and cooking things big and small can be found here., Las Conchas has long sandy beaches, and most of the time it's lower density provides a semi-private feel on the beach. This wonderful area is exactly what a family with kids could turn into life long memories. Rocky Point, with it's restaurants, stores, fish markets, and more, is not more than 10 minutes away. The community has it's own security force, and they are always around and patrolling for your safety. The only thing I was disappointed in was the jacuzzi wasn’t filled and operating like shown in the VRBO picture. Also the 4th bedroom is downstairs as a separate casita. The house is in Las Conchas right behind a row of beach front condos. The house has direct access to the beach and a great view from the rooftop where you can sit and enjoy a nice breeze in the morning or evening. It is a 4 bedroom house (all beds are king or queen size) with 3.5 baths which worked out great for our group. The comfortable living room/dining room is large and accomodated our group of 7 and the kitchen is large and had all the appliances and dishes we needed to prepare meals. Property was clean and in good order. Dishwasher was a bonus. Really saved a lot of work as we cooked in most of our stay. Property management was VERY responsive and handled our issues quickly. Our thermostat went out on Sunday night. The maintenance team was there in less than 20 minutes and actually had replacement with him. Fabulous! The property had all of the things that we needed, and when we had a little issue that needed attending to, the staff at Sea Side Beach Home Rentals were very efficient and resolved the issue quickly.
