It is located on the 4th floor of the CC Tower.405 comes with accommodations for up to 6 guests; 2 people in each bedroom and 2 guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa sleeper in the family room. The living room is furnished with a tan and navy blue suede sofa with a bright blue pillow top love seat. The room has a dark birch wood end table, coffee table, and a media unit. There is a birch wood framed mirror mounted on the wall behind the sofa and a lovely reading lamp on the end table. The media unit has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and DVD and VCR below inside the media unit. The condo has wall mounted surround sound speakers so that you can watch movies and feel like you are in a movie theater. You access the terrace through a set of sliding glass arcadia doors in the living area. The dining room has a rectangular-shaped maple wood table that is set to seat 6 people on matching chairs that have lavender seat cushions and placemats. The room has a wall-size wood framed mirror that really makes the room feel very open and spacious. The kitchen has honey-colored wood cabinetry with black on black appliances and granite countertops. The cabinets and drawers are filled with all the items needed to feel as if you are cooking in your own home kitchen. The tops of the shelves are decorated with small pots and plants and there is also a counter bar that can be used as a serving buffet for your guests. The master bedroom has a king-size beech wood framed bed with a very fancy scrolled metal headboard. The bedding is a patterned print of turquoise and navy blue. There is a matching birch wood nightstand on each side of the bed. Both stands have a reading lamp and a drawer for misc items. There is a dresser on the opposite wall where you can keep your clothing and wall-mounted television. The room comes with a large closet if you prefer to hang your clothing and a set of sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. The bedroom has a room darkening roll-up shade so that you can sleep in with ease. The master bathroom has a double sink granite mirrored vanity with a commode and a walk-in shower made of marble and glass block. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a dark wood arched headboard and blue and white quilted bedding. The room comes with two lighted bedside tables and a dresser for clothing. The room also has a large double door closet and a window that looks out to the resort property. The hall bathroom has a single sink mirrored marble vanity with a commode and walk-in shower. The terrace has a set of chaise loungers perfect for catching some sun and a rectangular-shaped glass top dining table perfect for enjoying a sunset meal. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and many ceiling fans. You will be so pleased with the accommodations in this condo inside the Casa Blanca resort. Even though there was a hurricane we had a great view of the bay and the sunrise. The condo and beach and amenities were perfect. Perfect size for 4 adults and close enough to fun and night life. We had an issue with the hurricane knocking the wall hangings off and knocking over the fake tree which caused the clay pot to break but the management company was quick to respond and assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for it due to the weather. You need to buy a wagon if you're bringing stuff to the beach. it's a must and the walk is long and hot in the summer. There are 3 pools throughout the property. There is mini golf on the premise. I didn't play and wasn't sure if I needed to bring my own. There is also no recreational office to rent them. Also - no WiFi. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend, this is the place. Otherwise, kids will complain that there isn't none and you'd have to use your phone as a hot spot for that. ##### Maria D. No coffee shops there even to buy a coffee. Had to leave the hotel far to get anything. touched the beautiful fixtures on the wall they fall off. Being handy person that I am I was able to put them back on and fix them properly, after that I didn’t want to touch the other fixtures! However the Place is lovely quiet fun mini golf ⛳️. They supply the putters an balls. 10 pm no noises! So talking we were told by security. Safe place. Check-in process was horrible. I was mis directed at the property. Had to go to Casago to check-in back in town. I was checked-in finally and told that new linens and towels would be provided at 11 am the next morning. That didn’t happen. When I called the Casago office the next day to inquire; I was told to read the contract I signed. They were rude about it. I did read my contract, and I maybe misunderstood the check-in attendant the night before. I did just drive 4 hours to get there with kids. I have no problem washing my towels. I was then emailed the contract details to read again by Casago. The situation was handled totally wrong. No customer service by Casago. I did message the property owner to make them aware. I haven't heard back yet. The condo was beautiful. The property was beautiful. I will never do business with Casago or any condo managed by them again. I will go directly through Casa Blanca if we choose to stay there again. ##### Jean E. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms were beautiful. The kids were able to watch tv in the evenings with no issues and the AC was nice and cool. We were a 5 min walk down from the condo (that had a beach view from the balcony) down to the beach itself. There is a pool on the property that is close to the beach and it was truly very nice stay. The walking trails and mini golf were also really nice. ##### Vangie B. The beach was a little bit far for us and my 72-year-old mother was unable to go down the steep incline that takes you to the beach. The property and condo itself was very nice the only complaint that I could see was that you could tell this is a large company owned property versus the independent owner by lack of wash cloths, extra towels, extra toilet paper, no beach towels, no DVD player, no info on restaurants (no restaurant on site) or things to do. just things that you would normally have in your Privately owned rental. These are minor details but makes a difference. Ultimately, the cost was hard to beat for a clean, nice condo! ##### Juliet T. Really enjoyed our time there. The property was clean and felt very safe. The ocean was a short walk away and the view of the beach from the condo was nice.
