  • -This beach home has 6 bedrooms and 4 baths which makes is the perfect multiple family getaway home. It is located in the gated community of Las Conchas in Rocky Point Mexico and has incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. It is just steps from the beautiful Las Conchas beach. It is the perfect rental house for a large family or multiple families who would like to vacation on a budget. Each room is expertly decorated and different from the other rooms. It has a full service kitchen and dining room or you can dine on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
    *Maximum occupancy is twelve (12) people including children.

    **Owner (property manager) lives in guest house (separate entrance and yard from main house).
    ***Rent this house for three nights on holiday weekends and two nights the rest of the year.
