We bring most all of our own food/drinks and just get to hang and chill and have a great beachy weekend. I had some trouble with check-in, which was my own fault. I didn’t realize check in was off the property, but it was only a half mile away, and they were super friendly. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and the ocean facing balcony is huge with great furniture to hang out. We saw a few friends’ condos in the same resort and they were not as large or well appointed. We will absolutely stay in this condo the next time we come down if available. My only recommendation would be to leave a small binder of recommendations for anyone new to the area and/or resort. We were fortunate to go with others who had been before so we followed their lead, however it would have been nice to have a welcome packet of info similar to other VRBO rentals. ##### Jeanie C. Weather was perfect to open the living doors and take it all in. But, we have stayed at Las Palomas a lot. We love the property and its amenities. Unfortunately this unit is managed through Casago, another company that is offsite. Making some things unavailable to you. So to check in you have to go 1 1/2 miles away to get your wristbands and parking pass but the worst part is is now you’re unable to use some amenities like charge things to your room, you must carry cash or card with you at all times instead of them, scanning your wristband , no bell service, no towel service. Another disappointment was we were told they would come to our room every day not to clean but to make sure that we had paper products and our beds made this never happened. Unfortunately I had to call and ask for toilet paper. They said they would bring it the next day as no one was there to do it. I was polite and said OK.Then no one came the next day, I had to call after being at the beach all day and beg for toilet paper. Something we should not have to live without with 2 teenage girls. They said they couldn’t do it until I got angry. They were there within 20 minutes. With toilet paper, paper towels and soap. We never had the room cleaned once or the floor swept or moped except by us. We stayed 4 nights. Luckily, there was a broom and mop in the unit, so we could sweep up the sand,. ##### Tina J. The condo itself was fantastic—it was very nice, extremely clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was also a huge plus, being well stocked and organized; everything there was super. We truly couldn't have asked for anything more regarding the accommodations.
