Check in was smooth, staff were so very helpful. We needed maintenance to address an hvac saturation issue but they were quick to respond and repair the issue. Traveled with four kiddos, they loved the space as well. Close to the lazy river and pool in phase two and very close to the beach. Lots of kitchen cabinets for storage, bathrooms were great.
