It's All About The View

  • VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS, enjoy this 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bathroom Condo, located on the third floor of the Diamante building Phase 1, last condo with 180 degree view of the ocean.
    Diamante 308 features an open design large kitchen overseeing the living room. The entertainment center has a 60 inch flat screen TV with soundbar and Netflix.
    The living room has also a dining area comfortable for 6 guests.
    All 3 bedrooms have King bed and 40-48 inches flat screen TV with Netflix.
    The spectacular patio wraps the living room with views of the town, beach and ocean. It comes with a table, chairs and lounge chairs.
    Diamante 308 is conveniently close to the elevator, enjoy the free underground parking, all the pools and restaurants that Las Palomas Resort offers.
    We listen to our guests:
    All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
    We replaced the refrigerator in August 2023.
    New stove July 2020.
    We added a Keurig 2.0 coffee machine.
    Added two new lounge chairs and table on balcony in 2017
    Replaced all 3 ACs December 2023

The condo has a beautiful view that allows lots of natural light. The wrap around balcony was fantastic. Each room was very spacious with it's own bathroom. I would definitely come back to this unit!

This place and location is great. The host was receptive and proactive. You couldn’t ask for a better layout for our group. This was our 2nd time renting this place and we would look to do it again. We had 6 adults and plenty of room.

The view was amazing....

This condo is correctly titled, the view was incredible. All of the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the ceiling fans were quiet. Being on the third floor is a short elevator ride and being on the end it seemed like our own private elevator. Its a beautiful condo and we are already inquiring about staying here next year.

We went with our 20 something sons and their girlfriends and had a fabulous time. The condo was comfortable. We all got a king bed and a private bathroom. And the view was mesmerizing we had a blast and created wonderful family memories. We will definitely stay there again!

The 180 degree views from the balcony are spectacular. Great patio furniture to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. Condo had everything needed. Washer and dryer is great to have. Beds are comfortable. Restaurants are convenient on the property and there are taxis available waiting to take you to other places in Puerto Pensacola Definitely will be back

Amazing space

This unit was so awesome to hang out in, that we did just that quite a lot during our stay. The decks are amazing. The main portion wasn’t in the sun in the morning making it super pleasant to just hang out. Those who wanted some sun could Lay-out just around the corner. We loved this unit. Third floor. Close to the beach.

Phase 1. The unit was clean, updated and very comfortable. View from unit and deck was breathtaking. Beautiful beach location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. No spices, we brought our own. The resort had activities, accommodating pool bar and very nice restaurant Citron. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and always greeted us with hello or hola and a big smile. Pool bar staff were great, very attentive and fun the interact with. Food was terrific at pool bar and Citron. Some pools heated, some not, which is ok. We will come back to Los Palomas!!

Awesome Place

Had a great time and an awesome 3BR 3BA condo overlooking the beach, closest condo in Las Paloma’s to the beach. Floor 3 is perfect, not too high and not too low. Place was clean and decorated nicely. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space to eat for 4 adults and 4 kids plus more if you need it. TVs with Netflix for bonus movies at night. Would definitely rent the same unit again. We’ve stayed at Las Palomas 4x now and this condo was our fav. Lastly, had the best view of Elon Musks satellite flying through the sky one night.

Happy 21st

My daughter decided for her 21st birthday. She would prefer to be in Mexico than Las Vegas. We stay in Las Palomas quite a bit. This is the first visit I have stayed in this particular style condominium not only was the set up absolutely perfect for our group, but Everything from the comfort of the couches to the beds to the stunning wrap around ocean views this by far has been the most comfortable stay I have had. The owner reached out immediately upon booking, made sure I didn’t have any questions and gave me very specific directions should there be any issues upon our arrival. There were none This rental. And will be reaching out in the future to book again.
