Need to walk down some stairs but still one of the best locations. Walk down some stairs to pools and beach. When you get pool/beach towels keep an eye on them. People like to take them and if you dont return u get charged. Place is large, Patio is huge. Staff everywhere is friendly. I would stay clear of the swim up bar. Dirty, very nasty and an unreal amount of flies, you will pick them out of your drink while its served. Stick to BYOB to the pools, nobody questioned, we brought a cooler. Loved being on ground level. Made it very easy to go to pools and beach. Loved having a kitchen. We cooked a lot. Tv great for little kids after swimming.
