Encantame Towers will be heating the main pool with the swim-up bar through Thanksgiving weekend. Starting December 1, we’ll switch to heating the Viento West corner pool for the slower season, then switch back on March 1, 2026.

The main pool jacuzzi, both rooftop jacuzzis, and the West rooftop pool will remain heated throughout.

No pets are allowed. This includes service animals and emotional support animals in Mexico. This is a resort policy, and the rules and laws in Mexico are different from those in other countries. No refunds will be given if you attempt to bring any animal.

Soleil and Towers have pickleball courts and a basketball court (Racquet Club).

In addition to the modern design and vibrant colors that this 1 BR 1BA in floor unit offers, this unit also features a unique and fun element - a light-up grass wall! This is the perfect spot to take pictures and capture memories during your stay.

We provide our guests resort towels that way you don`t have to rent and pay $ for them at the pool . Please make sure to leave them in the condo. Take a picture before checkout and send it via our chat so we make sure we can account for them ($25 fee for towels that are lost or taken).

Resort only provides a small starter pack of toilet paper , shampoo , body wash that`s for typically 2 days.

Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

Please note that all Rules and Regulations of the condominium and Mexico are strictly enforced. Violators may face arrest, eviction, and/or forfeiture of monies paid.

General Rules
Age Requirement: Reservation holder must be at least 24 years old and present a state-issued ID upon check-in.
Zero Tolerance Policy: No threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse will result in immediate removal or fines.
Damage Reporting: Report any issues within the first 20 minutes of check-in.
Furniture: Do not move or rearrange furniture. Any damages or missing items will be charged.
Pool Area: Do not move pool furniture. No glass containers. No loud noise after 10:00 pm.
Sound Equipment: Use headsets for sound equipment in the pool area.
No Camping: No tents, chairs, towels, or games in green areas. No sleeping in vehicles.
Room Capacity: 3 bedrooms (6 persons), 2 bedrooms (4 persons), 1 bedroom (2 persons). Only 2 extra persons allowed per unit if equipped with a sofa sleeper. Extra charges apply for persons aged 13 and older.
Beach Towels: Required when using chaise lounges. No ice chests in the pool area.
BBQ Grills: Allowed only on patios.
Security: Lock all doors and windows. Close sliding doors before opening entrance doors to prevent damages.
Trash Disposal: Use designated trash areas and chutes.
Parking and Vehicle Regulations
Designated Parking: Park ATVs, RVs, Trailers, Jet Skis, Motorcycles, bikes, and sand rails in designated areas.
Vehicle Safety: Casago and Administration are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them.
Amenity Use
Common Areas: Use restricted to registered guests only. Common areas close at 10:00 pm.
ID Bracelets: Wear always in common areas. Lost or damaged bracelets will incur a $20.00 USD charge.
Pets: No pets or service animals allowed per HOA rules.
Safety and Conduct
Children Supervision: Under 12 must be supervised around pools and Jacuzzis. Under 18 cannot use gym facilities or the East Jacuzzi.
Proper Attire: Swimming suits only in pools. No street clothes.
Smoking: Only allowed in designated smoking area on the beach.
Noise and Construction: Some construction noise is present. No refunds for noise.
Emergency and Contact
Emergency Assistance: Contact the guard gate for assistance after HOA office hours.
Responsibility: Casago and Administration are not responsible for items left in condominiums or the beach area.
