    This beautiful oceanfront condo in Las Conchas is designed with warm and neutral colors, beamed ceilings, and decorative tile accents.



    The fully equipped kitchen and living room provide ample seating for a comfortable stay.



    The living area features a fireplace, two futons, and large sliding doors that open up to the oceanfront patio.



    Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, and there is a full bathroom in the hallway.

I was there over the weekend, and most definitely never again. This place needs complete renovation, AC is absolutely the worst and loudest working unit I have ever seen . 2 days absolutely no sleeping even thought it cooled inside , place was clean but gives a feeling that is very dirty . Beach access was great but super dirty water , definitely stay at the resorts .
