    The Space:

    Pinacate 404 - 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo at Marina Pinacate Resort



    This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium is located on the fourth floor of the Marina Pinacate Resort in the beautiful Sandy Beach area.



    The unit features traditional Mexican style with warm colors, Talavera tile, and pottery decorations, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.



    The kitchen and living room are both fully equipped with small and major appliances for your convenience.



    The master bedroom has a private bathroom and offers a gorgeous view of the ocean.



    The living room has a sofa sleeper for additional guests and leads to a furnished oceanfront patio through a sliding glass door.



    The resort is conveniently close to many restaurants, bars, ATV and jet ski rentals, convenience stores, and more.



    Important Note:

    The swimming pool and hot tub in front of the Villas are for the owner's use only.



    Additional Fees:

    A $10 charge per unit is required upon arrival at the Pinacate Resort (not paid at our office - Mar De Cortez).
