It is a great place to relax, enjoy resorts amenities and eat fresh seafood. Master bedroom has a King Size bed with a private bathroom, Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and shares hallway bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy in unit is 6 people. The beach is a short walk on the pathway through the resorts eighteen-hole putting course. The Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops including all appliances as refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware. There is a Reverse Osmosis water system for filtered water at sink. Unit is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The Laundry room has a washer and dryer for your use. Guest will be able to use any of the 3 pools of the resort, one alongside the beach, the eighteen-hole putting course, exercise trail, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, beach volley ball court and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees. Casa Blanca is a gated community with an eighteen-hole putting course where you can enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds, there are three swimming pools, one of them alongside the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez, gas and charcoal grills in resort picnic areas under palapas with tables, guards on duty 24/7, large parking lot only steps to the front door of the condo and only a short walk through resort to uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees. Casa Blanca is located in Sandy Beach area next to other high rise resort buildings. It is a short drive into town where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood restaurants, bars and shopping. Occupants must obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wristbands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in. Please book your reservation with the total number of guests staying in condo. Upon arrival turn on water heater in laundry room Access internet with network and password on router Make sure that all guests are wearing Resort wristbands at all times during your stay. Keep sliding doors closed when AC/Heat is turned on. Follow Resort rules posted on the refrigerator. Respect your neighbors, no music or noise after 11:00 pm No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing. Please remove all trash from kitchen and bathrooms. Trash dumpsters are located in parking lots. There are extra garbage bags under kitchen sink. There are extra trash bags under kitchen sink. Owner closet is off limits. If you have a pet, please follow the pet rules... Allowing pets are at the discretion of the owner. A non-refundable fee of $40 will be charged for each pet. Pets will have a bracelet attached to the collar or leash. There can be a maximum of two pets. Pets are never allowed in the pool or golf course area. Pets must be on a leash when walking on the resort property and you must pick up droppings. Pets are not allowed on the condo furniture. They cannot be left unattended on the patio. Please control barking so it will not disturb other persons. Complex clean and friendly. A bit of a walk to the ocean. Luckily our elevator was working - another building's was out - and this would have been a no-go for us with old knees. Unit was clean and welcoming except for minor details (batteries in tv remotes missing, a couple lights/fans not working, furniture needs some TLC (wobbly coffee table, dining chair seats in sad shape). Dishes a total mishmash, but enough to get by. Excellent water pressure and an R.O. filter in kitchen. Beds very firm, but still comfortable. The table on the balcony was really perfect and we ate out there and played cards out there. Great view. Also when we were inside the couches were more comfortable than the other places we have stayed. The only thing we felt was lacking was the kitchen dish, pots and pans. Stayed 5 nights in May 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Marla W. 26 Nov 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice condo Nice clean condo and great location but there was pool construction and jack hammering below us that was not disclosed to us prior to booking. Comfortable beds but bath towels could be updated. They had bleach stains on them and only 1 wash cloth in hall bathroom. It would be nice if shampoo and conditioner were supplied. Overall it was a nice unit and with a few small improvements this condo could be top notch. ##### Marla W.
