Had a great 4th as Las Paloma’s. The resort does a great job with activities and fireworks. The condo was a great ground floor location. We will stay here again.

This unit was the best, short walk to the lazy river, pool bar, and the beach. Unit was clean and stocked. Housekeeping was awesome. All around great place to stay with your family. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We went down for my son's last Spring Break of college and had a couple of his friends join us. Accurate details, easy check in, beautiful place. We loved that it was on the ground floor for ease of unpacking and getting to the pool. We appreciated all encounters we had with staff. We would book again.

A perfect location. Loved the spacious patio to hang out. We reserved two rentals next to each other and it worked perfectly for our group. Everything was clean and the staff checked in daily to freshen up the space for us. We enjoyed using the outdoor grills for our evening meals. Can't wait to return!

Great Unit

This was our first time staying in Phase 2 as we usually stay in Phase 1 and it was just as lovely. This ground floor unit was in the perfect location and very accessible and I don't think I would ever not stay on the ground floor as well. The unit has all the amentities needed. We had a bit of an issue with the A/C but that has happened in the past and maintaince is quick to resolve the issue. There bedrooms were nice. The one bedroom with the twin bed is small. We bought a child's cot to put in there and there was no room but the kids did enjoy the pull out sleeper sofa. Overall, great stay and great unti!

It looked like the patio was closer to the beach/pool, but it was actually closer to the coffee shop... not even a 2 minute walk. It was still perfect with quick access anywhere we needed.

We rented this and the condo next door to celebrate Christmas as a party of 11- adult cousins and their families. It worked great for our purposes, love being on the ground floor.

The entire family enjoy the stay! It was great being able to walk out the back and let the kids play in the little pool just feet away from the patio. Plenty of room for the 6 of us! Also, the owner was very responsive :)

Condo had plenty of room with the extra small bedroom. Access was easy on the first floor so we could also go out the back instead of walking all the way around during the day. Had a great time.
