The condo was amazing, with views, and everything you need to prepare your own meals, shower, sleep, and relax. We had a rough/lengthy check in because our reservation was removed by the host. I was asking if we could cancel the reservation the night before the stay, and the host said to contact VRBO, and the case was that it was a no, so I kept the reservation, but the host thought maybe I wouldn't show up, and removed the reservation which had us waiting a while until the host, and reception talked, and got everything back, and running. The host was prompt to reply to my inquiries. It just sucks that the host assumed I wouldn't show up because I had inquiries of cancelling, and removed the reservation.

Good afternoon just wanted to make you aware one shower does not work at all and other shower has 0 to very minimal water pressure along with the water is freezing cold no mattery how long you wait. Aside from that the placer was great.

The room was incredible. It was well kept, spacious and had a great view of the ocean and pool. I had a frustrating check in process. I had received 5 or 6 emails from VRBO and the host leading up to the stay, but none of them had any information about check in, the room, or check out. They were just reminders and general rules about the property. I was stopped as I got to the resort and had to call the front desk in order to get in. What should’ve been a quick interaction took about 15 minutes. The signage wasn’t great and it was frustrating trying to find the front desk to check in.While staying at the resort, you have to wear an uncomfortable wristband to access any common areas. After checkout, we were hoping to grab a quick bite before hitting the road. We had taken our wristbands off and on our way to get food a security guard stopped us and said we had to have wristbands on. We tried explaining we had just checked out and we were just grabbing some food for the road. The guard then followed us to our car and had called for another guard to join. They stood next to our car while we were waiting for my parents to say bye to some friends before getting to the car. They watched us for 30 minutes until we hit the road. I was very disappointed I didn’t get to eat lunch until we got to Gila Bend 2.5 hours later.Positives: room, balcony, poolNegatives: staff, poor communication with host, food was fine, but not as good as I would hope Mexican food would be in Mexico
