Amazing sunsets, Beach, Kayaks...!!

Casa de Mas is a beautiful custom-built home, steps away from a pristine stretch
of beach at Las Conchas. You will feel the luxurious furnishings surround you as
you enter the open living spaces, ascend the beautiful staircase to the upper level,
enter each unique bedroom, and the enjoy happy open kitchen. The close
proximity to the “Port” allows you to enjoy wonderful restaurants, shop for fresh
seafood, and peruse the wonderful arts and crafts native to Mexico. After a day of
beach, shopping, and sampling the wonderful food of Puerto Penasco, you can
use the outdoor shower to rinse off before you sit on the lower patio to unwind.
Glorious sunsets can be viewed from the upper-level patio, while enjoying family,
friends and an ice-cold beverage after a day of kayaking along side playful
dolphins. As the sun sets, and the stars begin to light up the sky, you will
transition into a peaceful calm while hearing the rhythm of the ocean, before
retiring to enjoy a restful sleep.

Excellent!!!

Amazing experience. Easy reservation/check in, courteous staff. The house was perfect 10 de 10. Will definitely book here for my next rocky point trip. From start to finish, our stay were was AMAZING!

We were very impressed with the property. Beautiful place that I would definitely will book again in my next trip to RP. Everything was as described and we did not have any issues with communicating with Galo. The service was excellent and the property is in a really good location.

Pros and Cons

Pros: - The initial impression of the house is that it is charming and large. It has a character and a warmth to it. - The views on the one side facing the water are decently beautiful (still a row of houses in front, but closer to the beach than you can get in most other cities) - You wake up to the sounds of waves and seagulls - House was well stocked with towels, blankets, clean dishes, coffee, etc. - Amenities covered (almost) everything we needed - Shops on Rodeo Drive were lovely - Sandy Beach and Playa Bonita are wonderful and a short drive from the house - Rental home was inexpensive - Food in the area is inexpensive - You are a stone’s throw to the beach in Las Conchas Cons: - While a quick surface clean seems to have been done before we arrived, upon further inspection, details (like hair on nightstands, visibly dirty walls, stained cushions, stained toilet bowls, and thick dust in corners and window sills) show that the house is long overdue for a very deep clean - Plenty of broken or dysfunctional things (e.g. window shades, wall outlets, etc.). Enough that it reaches a level that’s not acceptable for a rental - Jacuzzi in upstairs tub doesn’t work. In fact, we turned it on and it leaked a TON of water through the ceiling into the bedroom below - Zero water pressure at all if more than one shower is on at the same time - There was a grill but nothing to start the grill with so we couldn’t even cook our food.
