"Definitivamente regresaremos ! Un ambiente desconectado de la ciudad , el lugar tiene todo lo que necesites incluyendo lavandería . Mantener un turismo sostenible no es sencillo, puedes notar que el lugar se esfuerza por llevar una armonía con la naturaleza❤️‍🩹 Zayro nos recibió muy cálidamente ✨ nos brindó información importante de la zona y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar en todo momento! Si visitas este lugar respeta la naturaleza y anímales de esa forma se mantiene un ecosistema sano :) recomendadisimo (Viajamos en moto por lo que no tuvimos problema con la calle para llegar)"

"Excellent stay, property was right on the ocean, food was delicious all the staff was welcoming and helpful. Definitely come prior to nightfall as you need someone to come pick you up on an atv because there is no car access. I found myself in a precarious situation in the darkness of the jungle. If it wasn’t for a man named Johnathan and a couple other men who helped me contact the property (very spotty reception) I don’t know what I would have done. Waze said it was 1hr 15m but it was well over 2 hours to get there as you have to drive very slowly to maintain your vehicle (drops, Stoney path, small stream ) you don’t want to break down in the jungle, as there is no obvious help. Make sure you have cash or colones as you have to park your car on someone’s land. Thanks to a beautiful couple days. Love Costa Rica and the kindness of La gente. Pura Vida"

"Great stay and fantastic support with questions we had and anything we needed. Convenient location fairly close to Porto Jiménez and very private; also right across the road from an animal rehabilitation center which provides tours by incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. Lots of monkeys, tropical birds, frogs, lizards, and two friendly dogs on the property. The pool was a lovely bonus, especially in the evening while cooling off. Arturo helped us with arrangements and a guide for a tour of part of Corcovado; recommend the sea taxi trip from Porto Jiménez to the beach entrance at Corcovado - - it’s an adventure, and no dock on the Corcovado end, so it’s a walk in the surf and up to the beach upon arrival!"

"We loved our stay at Cabinas Tropicales! We had a big room with private bathroom that easily housed us and our two medium sized dogs. JeanCarlos the manager was super friendly and helpful, and we also chatted with the nice cleaner who had a great dog named Fiona who wore a helmet and goggles to come to work in the morning. The shared kitchen was well-stocked and the fridge available for our food. The property is gated so the dogs could wander around. The location of Cabinas Tropicales is perfect! An easy walk to the water for swimming, or hanging out on the pier with the locals who were fishing as the sun set. There are several restaurants very close and we also used the cruiser bikes one evening to toodle around the cool little town of Puerto Jimenez. Great empty beaches close by, and tours to Corcovado leave from down the street. We'll be back!"

"I want to start by saying that my wife and I very much enjoyed our 7 day stay. With that said it's web site states that it is the only luxury resort on the beach which in our opinion is stretching the word luxury a bit. To us its luxury is not in the facility, which is a bit rustic, but rather the natural setting that surrounds it. Beautiful macaws, howler monkeys, iguanas, tapir, hawk, other wild life in the area, lush green environment and of course the sound of the beach surf all day long. We found it to be a great place for relaxing and enjoying our surroundings. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool every night surrounded the nature. The lodge is about 4 kilometers from the small town of Puerto Jimenez on a pothole filled dirt road. Suggest that guests rent a car or you wont be able to get around much to participate in the many other nature activities in the Osa area. The staff, which included the owner, was great (in particular Oliver and Mardi). Overall we give the lodge a definite thumbs up."

"Beautiful boutique lodge at remote rainforest location. Delicious food and very friendly staff. Location at a hill allowed for beautiful views and birdwatching, with a pair of Scarlet Macaws breeding in a tree right on the property. Access for the last 2 miles after the airstrip requires SUV, but lodge also offers convenient airport pickup from Puerto Jimenez."
