The home has been renovated with modern conveyances including A/C & hot water shower. There are tile floors throughout. The home has a kitchen & living area with a great view of the garden. Furnished with custom furnishings made in Galapagos. In the garden, there is a large bbq/fireplace and dining table to enjoy dining al fresco. Bakery, coffee shop, market, pharmacies, restaurants, all within one or two blocks from our 'Casita'. There are two bedrooms, one is fitted with a Queen bed and the second is fitted with two double beds. This property is a duplex. The property is centrally located within walking distance to the main dock, the National park offices, and the Charles Darwin Research Station, Tortuga Bay Beach, markets, shops, and restaurants.
